LS Management does not grant access to the program, issue refunds, or assume responsibility for the delivery, content, or performance of Digital Wealth Academy.
All purchases of Digital Wealth Academy made through this page are concluded directly between the customer and The Digital Wealth Academy LLC and are governed by the Terms of Purchase – Digital Wealth Academy Affiliate Program (last updated February 17, 2025) and the Privacy Policy of The Digital Wealth Academy LLC.
Digital content & right of withdrawal (EU notice)
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to digital content and acknowledges that, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once access to the digital content has been granted.
Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable, as permitted under EU consumer law for digital content supplied immediately.
