REVIVEHER DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Digital Product Purchase Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or downloading any digital product offered by Denise Michelle / ReviveHER ("ReviveHER," "we," "us," or "our").
By completing a purchase or downloading a digital product from ReviveHER, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to ReviveHER digital products, including eBooks, guides, workbooks, journals, downloadable resources, templates, and other electronically delivered materials ("Digital Products").
1. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Digital Product for your own personal use.
Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights to you.
Unless ReviveHER gives you express written permission, you may NOT:
Copy or reproduce a Digital Product for distribution to others;
Share, forward, email, upload, publish, or distribute the Digital Product or its download link;
Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute the Digital Product;
Upload the Digital Product to a website, shared drive, membership platform, social-media group, file-sharing service, course, database, or other public or shared location;
Use the Digital Product as material for a class, group program, coaching program, workshop, membership, business, or other commercial purpose;
Alter the Digital Product and represent the altered material as your own;
Remove copyright, trademark, authorship, or other proprietary notices from the Digital Product.
Where printing is permitted, you may print a copy for your own personal use only.
If another person would like to use a ReviveHER Digital Product, that person must obtain their own authorized copy.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the original written content, frameworks, exercises, graphics, designs, branding, and other original materials contained in ReviveHER Digital Products are owned by Denise Michelle / ReviveHER or are used with appropriate permission.
ReviveHER, Becoming HER Again, and other ReviveHER names, branding, product names, original frameworks, and associated materials may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in your purchase grants permission to use ReviveHER intellectual property for commercial purposes except through a separate written agreement expressly authorizing that use.
All rights not expressly granted to the purchaser are reserved.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
ReviveHER Digital Products are delivered electronically through the applicable sales, download, or delivery platform and/or through the email address supplied by the purchaser.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that your device and software are capable of opening the applicable file format.
If you experience a legitimate problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact revivehersupport@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
ReviveHER is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical failures caused solely by third-party platforms, internet providers, payment processors, email providers, device incompatibility, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate delivery issues involving a purchased Digital Product.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Because ReviveHER Digital Products are electronically delivered and may provide immediate access to copyrighted material, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once access to the product has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
A refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy may be considered when:
You were charged more than once for the same transaction;
ReviveHER is unable to provide the Digital Product you purchased;
The file provided is materially defective or corrupted, and ReviveHER is unable to provide a functioning replacement; or
A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
A change of mind after receiving access to a Digital Product does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
5. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
ReviveHER Digital Products are created for educational, informational, inspirational, and faith-rooted personal-development purposes.
Although ReviveHER materials may discuss subjects including identity, emotional healing, toxic or unhealthy relationships, boundaries, personal growth, faith, wellness, and rebuilding after difficult life experiences, the materials are not intended to provide medical advice, psychological or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.
Purchasing or using a ReviveHER Digital Product does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, counselor-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Nothing contained in a ReviveHER Digital Product should be interpreted as diagnosing another person, diagnosing a relationship, or replacing individualized advice or care from an appropriately qualified professional when such assistance is needed.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, safety, relationships, and well-being.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
ReviveHER provides resources designed to encourage reflection, education, personal growth, and intentional action.
Because every person's circumstances, experiences, choices, and results are different, ReviveHER does not promise or guarantee any particular emotional, relational, personal, spiritual, wellness, or other outcome from purchasing or using a Digital Product.
Testimonials, examples, personal stories, or experiences discussed in ReviveHER materials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another person will achieve the same result.
7. PAYMENT
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed for your purchase.
Third-party service providers may handle payment processing and portions of product delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy practices.
ReviveHER does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party payment or delivery systems.
8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By purchasing a Digital Product, you consent to receive electronic communications reasonably necessary to complete and service your transaction, including purchase confirmations, receipts, product-delivery emails, access information, important updates concerning your purchase, and customer-service communications.
Purchasing a Digital Product does not, by itself, require you to consent to unrelated promotional marketing communications.
Any promotional email or marketing communication sent by ReviveHER will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the communication preferences available to you.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Denise Michelle / ReviveHER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, access, inability to access, or use of a Digital Product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReviveHER's total liability arising from a particular Digital Product purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the purchaser for that Digital Product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. UNAUTHORIZED USE
ReviveHER reserves the right to take appropriate action when its copyrighted or proprietary materials are copied, distributed, sold, uploaded, shared, reproduced, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Purchasing one copy of a Digital Product does not authorize distribution to friends, family members, clients, groups, organizations, churches, businesses, classes, social-media communities, or other third parties.
Requests for permission to reproduce, distribute, license, quote extensively from, or otherwise use ReviveHER materials beyond ordinary personal use may be sent to:

11. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with your purchase will be handled in accordance with ReviveHER's applicable Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of the third-party platforms and payment processors used to complete your transaction.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases made subject to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or a ReviveHER Digital Product purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ReviveHER may update these Terms from time to time.
The version of the Terms presented in connection with your purchase will govern that purchase. Updated Terms may apply to future purchases made after the updated Terms become effective.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any product-specific terms, refund policy, privacy policy, and other conditions expressly presented to you at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement between you and ReviveHER concerning your purchase and use of the applicable Digital Product.
