Her Sacred Hustle – Membership Terms & Conditions
By ticking the box at checkout and enrolling in the Her Sacred Hustle membership, you (“the Member”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and [Her Sacred Hustle] (“the Coach”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Services Provided
1.1 Her Sacred Hustle is a business coaching membership that includes:
Access to an online members’ portal with pre-recorded video training and downloadable workbooks
Access to a private members-only community
Four (4) one-to-one coaching calls with the Coach, to be used within the agreed membership period
1.2 The content and services provided are for educational, informational, and coaching purposes only.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 By ticking the consent box at checkout, you agree to pay six (6) monthly instalments of £180 GBP, totalling £1,080 GBP.
2.2 Payments will be collected automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.
2.3 You authorise Her Sacred Hustle to charge your chosen payment method for each of the six payments without further notice.
2.4 Failure to make payment may result in:
Immediate suspension of access to the membership portal and community
Cancellation of remaining coaching calls
Referral to a debt collection process if necessary
2.5 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available. Any fees incurred due to failed or declined payments are your responsibility.
3. No Refunds or Cancellations
3.1 Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all payments are non-refundable, whether paid in full or via instalments.
3.2 You may not cancel or terminate the payment plan once enrolment has commenced. You remain responsible for completing all six payments regardless of participation level or perceived results.
4. Member Responsibility & Accountability
4.1 By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Coach provides guidance, education, tools, and support only
The Coach does not perform actions, tasks, or implementation on your behalf
4.2 You accept full personal responsibility and accountability for:
Your actions, decisions, and implementation
Your business outcomes, results, and progress
4.3 You understand that results are achieved through your own actions, consistency, and implementation, and not solely through the advice or information provided.
5. No Guarantees
5.1 The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific results, income, business growth, or outcomes.
5.2 Any testimonials or examples shared are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results.
5.3 You acknowledge that business success depends on many factors outside the Coach’s control, including but not limited to your experience, effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances.
6. Coaching Disclaimer
6.1 Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice including, but not limited to:
Legal
Financial
Accounting
Medical
Mental health services
6.2 You agree to seek appropriate professional advice where required and acknowledge that the Coach is not acting in any of the above professional capacities.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any private or sensitive information shared during coaching calls or within the members’ community.
7.2 You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any content, materials, or intellectual property provided within the membership without written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials provided within Her Sacred Hustle, including videos, workbooks, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Her Sacred Hustle.
8.2 These materials are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be copied, sold, shared, or distributed.
9. Code of Conduct
9.1 You agree to engage respectfully within the membership and community space.
9.2 We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or program without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Sacred Hustle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the membership.
10.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Her Sacred Hustl from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your actions or decisions.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
