THE EMPIRE ACADEMY — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a membership to The Empire Academy you agree to the following terms and conditions in full. Please read this entire document before completing your purchase. Completing your purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in The Empire Academy you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms you should not purchase a membership. Your payment and access to the platform confirms your acceptance of all terms outlined in this document.
2. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS
The Empire Academy offers two membership tiers — Standard at $197 and Premium at $497. Both tiers require a one-time payment and provide lifetime access to the content available within your selected tier. Access is granted upon receipt of full payment. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or account access with any other individual.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Empire Academy does not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to access or use the platform
Dissatisfaction with content
Personal or financial hardship after purchase
Accidental purchases
Failure to read the program details prior to purchasing
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details, understood what is included in your selected membership tier, and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to your membership content through the Skool platform at theempireacademy.skool.com. Access is delivered digitally and no physical products will be shipped. Because digital access is granted immediately upon purchase this further supports and reinforces our no refund policy.
5. MASTER RESALE RIGHTS — STANDARD MEMBERS
Standard members receive Master Resale Rights to The Empire Academy. This grants you the right to resell The Empire Academy Standard membership and retain one hundred percent of the sale proceeds. Resale rights are granted for personal use and business income purposes only. You may not misrepresent the program, make income guarantees, or market The Empire Academy in a way that is misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws.
6. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS — PREMIUM MEMBERS
Premium members are eligible to earn seventy percent affiliate commissions on Premium membership referrals. Commissions are paid on successfully completed sales only. Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of associated commissions and may result in membership termination without refund.
7. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
The Empire Academy provides education and information for income-building purposes. Results shared by the founder or other members are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside of The Empire Academy's control. Nothing in this program constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content inside The Empire Academy — including but not limited to modules, scripts, PDFs, videos, templates, and live recordings — is the intellectual property of The Empire Academy and its founder. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, record, resell, or share any content from the academy outside of the permissions explicitly granted by your membership tier without written permission.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
Members are expected to engage with the community in a respectful, professional, and supportive manner. The Empire Academy reserves the right to remove any member from the community without refund for behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive to other members or to the integrity of the academy. Removed members will not receive a refund under any circumstances.
10. PRIVACY
The Empire Academy collects basic personal information — including your name, email address, and payment information — for the purpose of processing your membership and delivering your content. Your information will not be sold to third parties. By joining you consent to receiving communications from The Empire Academy related to your membership, updates, and relevant offers.
11. MODIFICATIONS
The Empire Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Any disputes arising from your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing your membership to The Empire Academy you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full
You agree to be bound by these terms
You understand and accept that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued
You have reviewed the program details and made an informed purchasing decision
