These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products, 1:1 calls and other services offered by Hilda Obaze through this Stan Store. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. 1:1 Calls and Services

1:1 sessions are provided for educational, informational and general guidance purposes.

Sessions may include discussion of your current experience, transferable skills, career options, potential routes into a profession, learning opportunities and practical next steps.

The information provided is based on my professional experience and knowledge. No guarantee is made that purchasing or attending a session will result in employment, a particular salary, career progression, business success or any other specific outcome.

You remain responsible for your own career, business and financial decisions.

2. Booking and Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending the session at the date and time booked.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session, please provide at least 72 hours' notice.

Where at least 72 hours' notice is provided, you may cancel for a full refund or move your booking to another available date and time.

Where less than 72 hours' notice is provided, any refund may be reduced to reflect losses reasonably incurred as a result of the cancellation. Where I am able to refill the appointment, this will be taken into account.

If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, no refund will normally be provided.

If I need to cancel your session, you will be offered an alternative appointment. If we cannot agree a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund.

Nothing in this cancellation policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

4. Digital Products

Digital products purchased through this store are intended for your personal use only.

They may not be copied, shared, resold, reproduced, distributed, uploaded elsewhere or made available to another person without prior written permission.

Where you expressly request or agree to receive digital content immediately, your statutory right to cancel may be affected once the download or access to the digital content begins, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have in relation to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original guides, workbooks, templates, documents, videos, written content, course materials and other resources provided through this store remain the intellectual property of Hilda Obaze.

Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own use. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

They do not constitute legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.

Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.

Examples, experiences or results discussed in products, content or 1:1 sessions are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.

Individual results will vary depending on factors including experience, circumstances, actions taken and market conditions.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, nor does anything in these terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, I will not be responsible for losses resulting from decisions made solely in reliance on educational or informational content provided through this store or during a 1:1 session.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect at the time your purchase is made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any statutory rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected.
