Wherever you are beginning, we start there.

The PRANA Ritual Method™ Private Hands-On Intensive is a full day of individualized education with me at Casa PRANA in Wilmington, North Carolina. Because the experience is completely private, I am not teaching to the pace, background, or needs of a group.

Your day is shaped around your experience, your questions, your goals, and the type of practice you want to create or strengthen.

You do not need previous Head Spa training to attend. If you are starting from the beginning, we will build your foundation step by step. If you already work with clients, we will identify what is working, where you hesitate, and how to deepen your knowledge and refine your technique.

After more than 22 years in the beauty and wellness industry and over seven years dedicated to holistic scalp therapy, I have learned that becoming a confident practitioner is not about memorizing the longest protocol or purchasing every new piece of equipment.

Because two people can need completely different things from the same training.

A beginner may need more time understanding treatment-room setup, consultation, foundational technique, and how a complete service flows.

An experienced practitioner may need deeper support with trichoscopy, customization, difficult treatment decisions, body mechanics, or the business structure surrounding the service.

In a group, both people are often asked to follow the same pace. Here, we can slow down, move forward, repeat something, or change direction according to what will serve you best.

There is no waiting for your turn.

No wondering whether your question is taking too much time.

No moving on simply because everyone else is ready.

If something clicks immediately, we keep moving. If it does not, we stay with it until it makes sense.

Before you arrive, you will complete a private questionnaire so I can learn about your background, previous education, current services or plans, equipment, confidence level, and what you most want from our day.

Learn to gather information, not just take scalp photos.

We begin with consultation, scalp assessment, and practical trichoscopy so you can start connecting what a client tells you with what you observe through the scope.

If you have never used a scalp scope, I will teach you how to approach it from the beginning. If you already use one, we will build on your current understanding and focus on the areas where you want more clarity.

Together, we will explore:

  • Client consultation and scalp assessment

  • Trichoscopy fundamentals

  • How to capture useful, consistent scope images

  • How to begin interpreting what you see

  • Common scalp, follicle, and hair findings

  • What a scalp scope can and cannot tell you

  • Appropriate professional boundaries and when to refer out

  • The PRANA Ritual Method™ Diagnostic Chart

  • How consultation and scope findings guide treatment decisions

The goal is not simply to take an impressive scalp photo. It is to understand how the information you gather can help you make a more thoughtful treatment decision.

THINK

Because the protocol is not the practitioner.

Once you gather the information, the next question is: what will you do with it?

We will work through a real client model together and talk through the decisions behind the treatment:

  • What are we observing?

  • What matters most today?

  • What is the goal of this session?

  • Which products and techniques make sense?

  • What should we modify or leave out?

  • What would cause us to change direction?

  • What can the client do at home?

  • What should we reassess at the next visit?

You will learn how I use the PRANA Ritual Method™ as a complete framework while still making room for professional judgment, customization, and the needs of the person in front of us.

A protocol should support your thinking. It should never replace it.

DO

Learn by working with your own hands.

You will perform the PRANA Ritual Method™ on a live model while I teach, observe, and guide you in real time.

If this is your first hands-on training, I will walk you through the treatment flow step by step. If you already have a technique or treatment sequence you use, bring that experience with you. We can preserve what works while refining what could feel better for you and your clients.

We will work on:

  • The complete PRANA Ritual Method™ treatment flow

  • Product selection and application

  • Massage techniques

  • Pressure and hand placement

  • Water techniques

  • Treatment pacing and transitions

  • Client comfort and communication

  • Intentional hands-on and hands-off portions

  • Practitioner positioning and body mechanics

  • Rebooking and home-care guidance

I want to see where your hands naturally go, where you may be working harder than necessary, and where one small adjustment could change the way the treatment feels.

That is the part you cannot get from simply watching another video.

YOU DO NOT NEED EVERYTHING YOU SEE ONLINE

At Casa PRANA, you will have the opportunity to experience different Head Spa setups, tools, scalp scopes, products, and techniques.

But I am not interested in sending you home with an overwhelming shopping list.

I want you to understand the purpose behind each tool or technique:

  • What are we trying to accomplish?

  • Why would we use it?

  • What experience does it create for the client?

  • Is there another way to achieve the same goal?

  • Could something you already own do the job?

If you are building your service from the beginning, we can talk through what is essential now, what can wait, and how to make choices that suit your space and budget.

If you already have a treatment room, we can look at your current setup and identify how to use it more intentionally.

Better does not always mean more.

BUILD

Create a service that supports the client and the practitioner.

A Head Spa can be beautiful and profitable while still being physically exhausting or difficult to sustain.

So we will look beyond the treatment itself and consider:

  • Your treatment-room setup

  • Your service flow

  • Your body mechanics

  • Your schedule and capacity

  • Your repeated product and environmental exposure

  • Low-tox choices for the practitioner and client

  • The amount of time you are physically working

  • Your menu and pricing

  • Rebooking and home care

  • How this service fits into the business you want

If you are starting from scratch, we can use this time to help you make intentional early decisions.

If your service is already established, we can identify what needs refinement, simplification, or room to grow.

The goal is not to make your practice look like mine. It is to help you create one that works for you.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled call, do not provide proper notice, or attempt to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund, rescheduling, or credit will be issued. We appreciate your understanding that our time is reserved specifically for you and must be respected accordingly.

  14. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such an event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

  15. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

  16. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Hannover County, North Carolina. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
