I will manage accommodations, room blocks, payment plans, travel logistics, excursions, and guest communication so your group experience runs smoothly.

After purchase, a Group Travel Quote Request Form will be sent in your confirmation email so I can gather the details needed to design your group trip.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you authorize I Treasure Travel, LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount. All prices are listed in USD.

Planning Fees & Services

Planning fees, consultation fees, and service fees are non-refundable. These fees cover research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and administrative work required to plan your travel experience.

Planning fees may be applied toward a booking when applicable, but are not transferable to another person or trip.

Travel Bookings

Travel pricing is subject to change until a deposit is received. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

I Treasure Travel, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor arranging travel through third-party suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators) and is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, or cancellations.

Physical Products

We may sell shirts, travel accessories, and other merchandise.

Orders typically process within 3–10 business days. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier.

All merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo proof.
