Digital products
The Skin Edit and all other products in this store are digital products. After payment, your product is delivered immediately by email to the address you enter at checkout. No physical item is shipped.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
By completing your purchase, you ask for the digital product to be delivered immediately, and you accept that you lose your 14 day right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. If your file does not arrive or cannot be opened, contact me at ida@glowhavenblog.com and I will fix it.
Personal use only
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product yourself. You may not share, copy, resell, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part. No resell rights are included. All text and original content in the products were written by Ida Kojo and are protected by copyright.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change at any time. A later price reduction or promotion does not entitle you to a partial refund. If a technical problem prevents delivery of your product, you will receive either a replacement or a refund of the price paid.

Your name and email address are used to deliver your purchase and, if you have agreed to it, to send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
