By purchasing, downloading, subscribing to, or using any of our digital products, consultation services, or membership tiers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Products
All digital products (including PDFs, guides, templates, courses, and downloads) are non-refundable and non-transferable once access or a download link has been provided.
Digital products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission from I Honour Me.
By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate access and therefore waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you do not wish to waive this right, please contact us prior to purchase, and access will be delayed until the cooling-off period has expired.
2. Consultation Services
Consultation services are provided for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that you remain fully responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
A one-time reschedule may be permitted within 30 days of purchase, at the sole discretion of I Honour Me.
Consultations must be used within three (3) months of purchase. After this time, unused sessions may expire without refund.
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
An administrative fee of £25 may apply for additional rescheduling beyond your one-time allowance.
By booking a consultation, you agree that service delivery may begin immediately and that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
I Honour Me reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consultations if necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
3. Subscriptions, Memberships & TiersSubscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
No refunds are provided for previous billing periods or services already delivered.
Upon cancellation, access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Memberships / Tiers (One-Off Payments)
Memberships or Tiers are one-off payment services. Once activated or delivered, they are non-refundable.
The Tier service must be used within three (3) months of purchase. After this time, access may be adjusted or reduced, and full service delivery may no longer be guaranteed.
A one-time change allowance may be offered within 30 days of purchase, at the sole discretion of I Honour Me.
An administrative fee of £25 (or 25% of the Tier price, whichever is lower) may apply to changes made within the 14-day period, if service access or delivery has already begun.
By purchasing a Tier, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may begin immediately and that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
4. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking, unless otherwise stated.
I Honour Me accepts payments via Stripe, credit/debit card.
Prices are listed in GBP or relevant currency and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of I Honour Me and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Honour Me, its owner(s), and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
All digital products and consultations are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Disclaimers
All content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
I Honour Me, does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At I Honour Me, we value your trust and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before buying digital products, subscriptions, or booking services.
1. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, guides, downloads) are non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
By purchasing, you agree to waive your legal 14-day cancellation rights for digital content.
Please ensure you select products carefully before completing your order.

2. Consultation Services
Non-Refundable:
Consultation services are non-refundable once booked or delivered.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
A one-time reschedule may be permitted within 30 days of purchase, at the sole discretion of I Honour Me.
Each booking may only be rescheduled once within the first three (3) months of purchase. After this period, access to the service may expire.
Any additional rescheduling beyond the one-time allowance will incur an administration fee of £25 per change.

If you do not wish to waive this right, please contact us before purchase, and delivery will begin only after the cooling-off period has expired.

THE UBC
AMENDING AND THE UBC AMENDING AND CARRYFORWARD AGREEMENT
among
I HONOUR ME
(“Reseller”)
and
CUSTOMER
dated as of
MARCH 1, 2024
This Amending and Carry forward Agreement (the "Agreement") incorporates terms set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement, dated March 1, 2024 (available at: ubcmrr.com/legal) and is meant to bind Reseller and its Customers.
WHEREAS, the Reseller has purchased UBC and wishes to resell UBC to its customers using terms and conditions set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE:
1. All references set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement to the UBC JV and/or to 12316421 CANADA INC. and/or to 10574104 CANADA INC. are hereby replaced with Reseller; and
2. Reseller hereby amends and agrees to carryforward terms and conditions set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement in respect of its contractual relationship with its Customers.
