  • How soon will I receive my photos?

    Your images will be uploaded to your private gallery as soon as I have internet access—always within 24 hours. For your privacy and security, your gallery will remain accessible for just 24 hours. To claim your free high-resolution image, simply reply to my email with your selected photo name.

  • Will my free photo have a watermark?

    No—your free photo will be delivered as a high-resolution, unwatermarked image. The gallery previews are watermarked for security, but your selected photo comes clean and ready to use.

  • Why do the gallery photos look low-quality or not as sharp?

    The gallery displays only compressed, low-resolution previews for faster loading and privacy. All purchased or claimed photos are delivered in full professional quality, crisp and sharp.

  • What will happen to my photos after the shoot?

    Your privacy is important to me. After 72 hours, if you haven’t claimed or purchased any images, all your photos will be permanently deleted. I do not keep or use your photos for any other purpose unless you give explicit permission.

    All data and images are handled according to Swiss/EU privacy regulations (GDPR compliant).

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or a refund of the price paid, as determined by the Company.

Call and Appointment Cancellation Policy

If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your call, please email info@studiofpg.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION – [date & time of your call]" at least 48 hours before your call. If you do not show up or reschedule within 48 hours, you forfeit your call.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of:

  • Your breach of this Agreement

  • Any violation of the law or rights of any third party

  • Any content you post or share on or through the Site

  • Your use of the Site or services

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
