As a Supporter/Guest Facilitator, I agree to:

• Arrive prepared and on time.

• Communicate promptly if an issue arises.

• Show up with professionalism, respect, and compassion.

• Support the vision of the event while honoring my authentic facilitation style.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding participants and personal stories shared.

• Collaborate with generosity, avoiding competition, gossip, or undermining others.

• Honor agreed-upon responsibilities and follow through on my commitments.

• Represent the community with integrity before, during, and after the event.

I understand that consistency builds trust. If I am unable to fulfill my commitment, I will communicate as early as possible so the experience can continue smoothly for everyone involved.
