Held inside a private nature sanctuary 50 minutes south of STL, away from the noise of the city, where the land itself becomes part of the medicine. *These sessions are also designed to be facilitated on-location at any place you desire, upon request. Additional fees may apply.
A deeply personalized, in-person recalibration experience for those ready to step out of the noise, release what no longer belongs, and return to the truth of who they are.
This is a 90 minute(extensions available) private signature session facilitated inside a secluded sanctuary space intentionally chosen for its stillness, privacy, and grounding natural energy.
Away from overstimulation, expectation, and performance, this session invites your body, mind, emotions, and soul into a full exhale.
You don’t need another surface-level conversation.
You don’t need to keep looping through the same thoughts while something deeper remains untouched.
The Soul Return Session is a deeply personalized reset session that blends emotional processing, body-based awareness, energetic clearing, and clear forward guidance into one grounded experience.

This is deep, personalized work and space is intentionally limited each month to preserve the depth of each session. (These spaces fill up quickly and sometimes months in advance so submit your inquiry asap to get on the list and begin scheduling. Please have patience and respect for these possibilities.)
Booking Process
1) Submit Your Session Inquiry
Begin by completing the Soul Return inquiry with what you’re currently moving through, your intention, and your desired timeframe.
This helps ensure the session is truly aligned for where you are.
2) Review your Confirmation Email + Host Agreement
Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your next steps. Please review immediately so we can ensure alignment around the space, guest expectations, and payment flow.
3) Text Your Name + “Soul Return” to Confirm
After reviewing your confirmation email, text your full name and “Soul Return” to the number provided in your confirmation email so we can begin a conversation over aligned scheduling and confirm the most supportive date and time. Be sure not to skip this step.
4) Official Booking + Deposit
Once your session window is confirmed, you’ll receive the official booking link to submit your deposit and officially reserve your sanctuary experience.
*Remaining balance is due the day of the session via agreed payment method.
