A soft, grounding space for women to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves… together.
This is a 90-minute private women’s circle facilitated on-location, where I come to your chosen space and guide your group of up to 16 women through a gentle yet intentional experience designed to regulate the nervous system, open the heart, and create meaningful connection.
You provide the space and gather the women. I hold and guide the experience.
This offering is perfect for:
•Women who want to experience depth without intensity… a space to land, be witnessed, and connect.
• Women who want a meaningful way to gather beyond surface level conversation
• Friend groups craving connection without pressure or intensity
• First-time circle experiences or those new to this type of space
• Slower, intentional evenings centered around presence and conversation
• Hosts who want to create a calm, welcoming, and heart-opening environment
This is ideal when the intention is to soften, connect, and simply be together.
This experience includes:
• A guided grounding practice that gently settles the body, quiets the mind, and brings each woman back into presence
• A tea integration moment to soften, reflect, and allow the body to fully receive and process
• Open sharing and connection time where each woman is invited to express, be witnessed, and connect authentically in a safe, held space
Host Responsibilities:
• Provide a private, calm space. Indoor or outdoors.
• Invite and confirm guests
• Provide seating (pillows, chairs, or mats) *Rentals available upon request
• Optional: snacks or light refreshments
Investment:
$258 for up to 6 women
+$40 per additional guest (16 maximum-unless special arrangements are made)
*Pricing is subject to change. *Excess travel, holidays, and early mornings may result in additional costs.
Booking Process:
1) Submit Your Host Application Below
Begin by completing the Host Application with your gathering vision, guest count, location, and preferred timeframe.
2) Review your Confirmation Email + Host Agreement
Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your next steps, including your Host Agreement to review so we can ensure alignment around the space, guest expectations, and payment flow.
3) Text your Name and “The Gathering" to confirm
After reviewing your confirmation email and Host Agreement, text “The Gathering” to the number provided in your confirmation email to begin a conversation over aligned scheduling and secure the most supportive date window. *Due to the nature of this work and busy scheduling, response may take up to one week.
4) Official Booking + Deposit
Once your date and tier are confirmed, you’ll receive the Official Booking Link to submit your 50% non-refundable deposit and officially reserve your gathering.
*Remaining balance is due the day of the event via agreed payment method.
