For years, there’s been a clear framework for how life works — who to be, where to be, what comes next, how progress happens.
Then that framework disappears.
You’re suddenly making decisions—about work, money, where to live, and what matters—without a map, while pressure, comparison, and outside expectations drown out your own clarity.
You’re expected to move forward anyway. To decide. To choose. To figure it out.
All while your foundation is shifting.
Post-Grad Navigation exists for this moment — to support you while you learn how to move differently, with steadier footing, as life unfolds.
We focus on the decisions that follow graduation — and on staying steady enough to make those decisions well.
That includes:
Job, grad school, and gap-year decisions
Clarifying options, timelines, and next steps.
Applications, interviews, offers, and tradeoffs
Talking through choices when there isn’t a clear right answer.
Moves, housing, location, and timing
Thinking through logistics before committing.
At the same time, we focus on what makes this work possible:
Managing comparison and outside pressure
So fear and expectations don’t drive decisions.
Regaining perspective when everything feels urgent
Separating real deadlines from false pressure.
Stabilizing energy and strengthening self-trust
So stress doesn’t derail follow-through.
Post-Grad Navigation is offered as monthly coaching with a two-month minimum commitment.
Each month includes:
Four 60-minute coaching sessions (weekly)
Light between-session support for brief check-ins and questions
After the initial two months, support continues month-to-month, based on what you need.
$990 for the first two months
(8 sessions total)
After that, support continues at $495 per month, as needed.
