Pickup, Shipping & Delivery

Local pickup is available in Staten Island and Manhattan for now . Pickup details will be coordinated directly with each customer.

Shipping and delivery are not standard services but may be considered upon request. Customers are responsible for all associated costs, subject to availability and safe transportation arrangements.

Cancellations & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of this product, all sales are final once purchased. No returns or exchange. If we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

Storage & Freshness

Punto de Sabor is made fresh and must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt at 40°F or below.

For longer storage, portion into freezer safe, airtight containers and freeze at 0°F or below.
