PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS STORE OR MAKING A PURCHASE.
By accessing this store or purchasing any product or service offered through Inner Rewire, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not complete a purchase.
These Terms and Conditions apply to products and services offered by Inner Rewire through this Stan Store and any related communication or delivery methods used to fulfill your purchase.
1. Products and Services
Inner Rewire offers digital products and personalized services that may include e-books, written consultations, personalized clarity and healing roadmaps, progress and clarity check-ins, recorded tarot readings, and other educational, spiritual, reflective, or informational offerings.
The contents, scope, price, eligibility requirements, delivery method, and estimated turnaround time for each product or service are described on the applicable product page.
Personalized services are created based on the information you provide. Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee a particular recommendation, result, relationship outcome, future event, or additional service.
2. Private Written Clarity Consultation
The Private Written Clarity Consultation is an initial review service designed to determine whether your situation falls within my scope of knowledge and whether I believe I can offer meaningful guidance.
The Private Written Clarity Consultation fee is non-refundable.
The consultation fee compensates me for the time, attention, and discernment required to personally review the information you submit, assess your situation, and determine whether further support may be appropriate.
Purchasing the consultation does not guarantee that a roadmap, tarot reading, additional service, or other form of support will be recommended or offered.
3. Personalized Services
Personalized services may include written roadmaps, progress and clarity check-ins, recorded tarot readings, and other individually prepared offerings.
Certain services have eligibility requirements. Some products may only be purchased after completing a previous consultation, roadmap, or check-in and receiving confirmation that the next service is appropriate.
You are responsible for providing information that is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Personalized guidance will be based on the information you provide.
4. Digital Products
Digital products, including e-books and downloadable resources, are intended for the purchaser's personal use only.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once purchased or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the purchased product cannot be delivered.
Because digital products cannot meaningfully be returned after access or delivery, please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
5. Refund Policy
Please review all product descriptions, eligibility requirements, and service details carefully before completing a purchase.
Private Written Clarity Consultation:
The consultation fee is non-refundable because the purchased service is the review and assessment itself.
Digital Products:
Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased or accessed, except where required by applicable law or where the purchased product cannot be delivered.
Personalized Services:
Personalized services are created specifically for the purchaser and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If I determine before beginning personalized work that I am unable to provide the purchased service, I will contact you regarding an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
Dissatisfaction with an interpretation, recommendation, tarot message, spiritual perspective, or the absence of a desired relationship, personal, career, or other outcome does not create a right to a refund.
A change of mind after personalized work has begun does not create a right to a refund.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
6. Delivery and Turnaround Times
The delivery method and estimated turnaround time for each service are stated on the applicable product page.
Personalized written services may be delivered by email as PDF documents. Recorded tarot readings will be delivered using the method stated in the applicable product listing.
Turnaround times are estimates based on the usual amount of review and preparation required. Some situations may require additional time. If additional time is necessary, I will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam, promotions, junk, or other filtered folders while awaiting delivery.
7. Clarification and Additional Work
Where a personalized roadmap includes the opportunity to ask brief clarification questions, clarification is limited to helping you understand material already included in the delivered roadmap.
Clarification does not include analysis of new developments, newly arising circumstances, progress updates, or additional questions requiring new substantive work.
These matters may require a separate Progress and Clarity Check-In or another appropriate service.
8. Scope of Services and Disclaimer
Inner Rewire products and services are intended for educational, spiritual, reflective, and informational purposes only.
They are not therapy, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, crisis intervention, or substitutes for services provided by qualified professionals.
I do not diagnose mental health or medical conditions.
I do not guarantee:
another person's feelings, intentions, choices, decisions, or behavior;
another person's healing, return, reconciliation, or relationship readiness;
a specific future event or timeline;
a particular relationship outcome;
a particular career, financial, legal, medical, or personal outcome.
Tarot and spiritual guidance are offered as reflective and intuitive tools. They should not be treated as certainty, professional advice, or substitutes for your own judgment and decision-making.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, boundaries, relationships, and decisions.
9. Topics Outside My Scope
I reserve the right to decline requests or questions that fall outside my stated scope.
This includes, but is not limited to, requests involving:
medical conditions or diagnoses;
pregnancy or health outcomes;
causes or timing of death;
crisis situations;
requests requiring legal or other licensed professional expertise.
Where appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Healing, personal growth, relationships, and spiritual development are individual processes.
No consultation, roadmap, check-in, tarot reading, e-book, reflection exercise, or other offering guarantees healing, reconciliation, behavioral change, emotional change, or any particular result.
Insight and guidance do not automatically create change. How you choose to use or apply information provided through Inner Rewire remains your responsibility.
11. Client Information and Privacy
Information you submit for a consultation, roadmap, check-in, tarot reading, or other personalized service will be used for the purpose of reviewing, preparing, administering, and delivering the service you purchased.
Your personal narratives, questions, and other information do not become public content or the property of Inner Rewire merely because you submit them for a service.
I will not intentionally publish or publicly share identifying client information, personal submissions, or personalized service materials without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
Please avoid submitting personal information about yourself or another person that is unnecessary to the service.
Third-party services used to operate the store, process payments, send email, host files, or deliver products may have their own privacy and security policies.
12. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated, original e-books, written materials, personalized PDFs, recorded readings, exercises, frameworks, graphics, text, and other original materials created by Inner Rewire remain the intellectual property of Inner Rewire.
Purchasing a product or service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased material for your personal use.
Without written permission, you may not:
reproduce or redistribute purchased materials;
resell or sublicense them;
publicly upload or post substantial portions of them;
use personalized PDFs or recordings for commercial purposes;
modify the materials and represent them as your own work;
use the materials to create competing commercial products or services.
You retain ownership of your own original personal information and materials submitted to Inner Rewire.
13. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment options available at checkout.
Prices may change at any time.
A later price reduction, sale, promotional offer, or discount does not entitle a previous purchaser to reimbursement of the difference.
You are responsible for providing valid payment and contact information.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Technical Issues
This store and its products may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Stan, payment processors, email providers, file-hosting platforms, and other technology services.
I am not responsible for outages, payment-processing failures, technical problems, service disruptions, or delays caused solely by third-party providers outside my reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents delivery of a purchased product or service, I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an alternative delivery method.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Rewire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this store, its products, personalized services, or reliance on information provided through those services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a personalized service if:
the request falls outside my scope;
continuing the service would require me to work outside the boundaries stated in these Terms;
a purchaser behaves in an abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate manner;
the information or service requested raises concerns that make continued service inappropriate;
another legitimate reason prevents me from responsibly continuing the service.
Any refund decision in these circumstances will depend on whether work has already begun, what portion of the purchased service has already been provided, and any rights required by applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The Terms and Conditions presented and agreed to at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase, subject to any rights or obligations required by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
