Emery Rose Collection is a digital brand operated under the business name Rosebud. Emery Rose is an AI-generated digital persona used for branding, marketing, entertainment, and educational content.
By accessing the storefront, downloading a free resource, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, all products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

When you purchase or download a product from Emery Rose Collection, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or internal business use.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for Emery Rose Collection and Rosebud, including original written materials, product designs, graphics, branding elements, educational resources, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, software, tools, screenshots, or other third-party materials referenced in our educational content remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party platforms or tools do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly disclosed.
4. AI-GENERATED PERSONA & CONTENT
Emery Rose is an AI-generated digital persona and is not a real human spokesperson, employee, financial advisor, attorney, or business consultant.
Images, videos, voice, written content, or other media associated with Emery Rose may be created, modified, enhanced, or assisted using artificial-intelligence technology.
Emery Rose serves as the creative face and personality of the Emery Rose Collection brand.
Educational materials may discuss or demonstrate third-party artificial-intelligence tools. AI platforms and their features, pricing, policies, interfaces, and capabilities can change at any time.
Rosebud does not control third-party AI platforms and cannot guarantee that a particular prompt, technique, workflow, or tool will produce identical results for every user.
5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All information, products, tutorials, prompts, guides, and other resources offered through Emery Rose Collection are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through Emery Rose Collection constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

6. NO INCOME OR RESULTS GUARANTEE
Emery Rose Collection may provide information about creating content, developing AI personas, growing a brand, monetizing content, selling digital products, pursuing brand partnerships, or building an online business.
No income, sales, audience-growth, or business results are guaranteed.
Rosebud and Emery Rose Collection make no guarantee regarding income, revenue, sales, followers, engagement, audience growth, brand partnerships, sponsorships, affiliate commissions, social-media reach, business growth, employment opportunities, client opportunities, or any other financial or business outcome.
Examples, strategies, case studies, projections, or discussions of potential earnings are provided for illustrative or educational purposes and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, execution, audience, market conditions, platform algorithms, business decisions, and other individual circumstances.
You accept responsibility for your own results.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Because our digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or otherwise accessible digital content, all digital-product sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We generally do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges because a customer:
Changed their mind.
Did not use the product.
Expected different results.
Purchased the wrong product.

If you experience a legitimate technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact hello@itsemeryrose.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
8. FREE PRODUCTS & RESOURCES
Some resources may be offered free of charge.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, free resources remain subject to the same intellectual-property and personal-use restrictions described in these Terms.
Receiving a free resource does not give you permission to resell, redistribute, reproduce, or claim the resource as your own.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of any third-party service you choose to use.
11. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

18. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using available transaction records, proof of digital delivery, acceptance of these Terms, and other relevant documentation.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
19. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We may update, revise, discontinue, replace, or modify products, Services, pricing, or offerings at any time.
Purchasing one product does not automatically entitle you to future products, editions, upgrades, bonuses, or services unless specifically included with your purchase.
