  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance

  • Missed calls without proper notice may be forfeited

All bookings are non-refundable.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law

  • Your use of the Site or program

  • Any content you submit or share

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Orange County, Florida.
