By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product or service provided by James Cozell, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use our products or services.
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and James Cozell (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a sole proprietorship operated by James C. Huff in the state of Texas.
Use of Digital Products and Services
All digital products, downloadable content, coaching calls, masterminds, and services provided by the Company (collectively, the “Content”) are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, redistribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Content for commercial purposes;
Share login access, downloadable links, or files with others;
Use the Content in a way that infringes on the Company’s intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Company—such as videos, workbooks, courses, coaching, branding, audio files, designs, and text—is the intellectual property of James Cozell and is protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Not using or downloading the product
Buyer’s remorse
Scheduling conflicts for coaching calls
Change of mind or perceived lack of results
Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately upon purchase. Therefore, no exceptions will be made to this refund policy.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay for all products and services you purchase. You are responsible for:
Prices may change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for refunding differences in price due to sales, bundles, or future discounts.
Scheduling & Missed Appointments (if applicable)
If your purchase includes a coaching call or live service, you are responsible for booking and attending your call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must email jamescozell@gmail.com with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to show or late rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the call.

Disclaimer of Results
The Company makes no guarantees of income, results, business growth, or success. Your outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, skill, resources, execution, and market factors.
You accept full responsibility for your use (or non-use) of any product or service. The Company is not responsible for your actions, choices, or results.
Limitation of Liability
The Content is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of income, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of our products or services.
