Non-Refundable Deposit and Payment Policy in relation to Mentorship Deposits
By purchasing any of our programs, products, deposits or services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Deposits:
All deposits made to secure your spot in any of our mentorship programs, courses, or services are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accommodate the preparation, time, and resources dedicated to providing you with access to high-quality materials and services.
2. Access to Resources:
Once payment is made and access to program resources, content, or materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued. All digital content, downloadable materials, and services are considered delivered and accessed upon purchase.
3. Personal Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen personal challenges may arise. However, enrolment in our programs is a commitment, and refunds will not be issued for withdrawal due to personal circumstances. Participants are encouraged to review their availability and readiness prior to enrolling.
4. Chargeback Policy:
Any unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with evidence of this policy, proof of access granted, and the participant’s agreement at checkout. We reserve the right to restrict future access to our programs, services, or platform for participants who initiate chargebacks in violation of these terms.
5. Transferability:
In the event that you cannot complete the program at the scheduled time, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your enrolment to a future session. Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
6. Acknowledgment of Terms:
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
