By accessing this website, purchasing a product, downloading materials, or using any services provided by Jennifer Corson, operating under the brand name Empowered Healing (collectively referred to as "Empowered Healing," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all purchased digital products are licensed for individual, personal use only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

Purchasers are permitted to:

  • Print completed documents for personal use.

For example, customers purchasing our Child Support Payment & Expense Tracker may customize the spreadsheet, enter personal records, and provide completed reports to appropriate parties involved in their cases.

However, purchasing a product does not authorize sharing the original blank templates, guides, instructional materials, or editable master files with others for their independent use.

Individuals interested in using these resources must obtain their own licensed copy.

6. Digital Product Purchases & Delivery

Digital products purchased through Empowered Healing are delivered electronically through the applicable purchasing platform, download link, email, or other designated delivery method.

Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email account used during checkout.

Certain products may require access to third-party software or platforms, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, or PDF-compatible applications.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and software to access and use their purchases.

Empowered Healing is not responsible for technical limitations or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

If a purchased product cannot be accessed or delivered, customers should contact Empowered Healing for assistance.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the downloadable nature of digital products and the immediate access provided following purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund requests involving duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, or inaccessible files may be reviewed individually.

If a purchased digital product cannot be delivered or accessed due to a technical issue, Empowered Healing will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or provide an appropriate remedy.

Prices and promotional offers may change without notice. Previous purchases are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments unless expressly stated.

Empowered Healing may use third-party platforms, including Stan Store, Google Workspace, payment processors, email service providers, and other technology services, to deliver products and operate its business.

These third-party services operate under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Empowered Healing is not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, or technical failures originating from third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empowered Healing and Jennifer Corson shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, or educational materials.
