By visiting, purchasing from, or interacting with JoHanna Abell Marketing through any platform — including Stan Store, Notion Marketplace, johannaabell.com, email links, Stripe, PayPal, or any future platform (collectively the "Services") — you agree to everything outlined here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
1. Who We Are
JoHanna Abell Marketing creates and sells digital products — primarily Notion templates and educational workbooks — designed to help women build intentional creator businesses and develop a healthier relationship with social media and technology.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you will use our products legally and ethically, and that you will not misuse or attempt to exploit our content, Services, or intellectual property.
3. Products and Delivery
We sell downloadable digital products delivered via Notion template link, email, or through the platform where you purchased. Delivery is typically instant but may occasionally take a few minutes. A free Notion account at notion.so is required to use Notion-based products.
4. All Sales Final — No Refunds
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Please review all product descriptions, inclusions, and these terms carefully before purchasing.
5. Personal-Use License
When you purchase any digital product you receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use-only license.
You may: use the product for your own personal or business organization, customize it for your own use, and duplicate it within your own Notion workspace.
You may NOT: resell, redistribute, or share the product. Claim the product or any part of it as your own. Give the product to clients or use it to deliver paid client work. Publish, share, or upload the product publicly. Use the product as a base for creating new products for resale. Share screenshots of internal content for commercial purposes.
Violating this license will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All templates, digital content, written copy, frameworks, prompts, graphics, layouts, and designs are fully owned by JoHanna Abell Marketing and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Any milestones, pricing examples, revenue frameworks, or market-value calculations inside our products are educational planning tools only. Your results will vary based on your audience, effort, consistency, pricing, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
We may occasionally share examples of productivity, workflows, or general business improvements. These are illustrative only — not promises.
9. AI Disclosure and AI Output Disclaimer
Our products are created with the support of AI tools including Claude by Anthropic and ChatGPT. AI assisted with structuring content, generating prompts, and drafting copy. All content was reviewed, edited, and approved by the human creator.
Some products contain AI prompts designed to be used with third-party AI platforms. AI outputs generated through these prompts may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting all AI-generated content before using it publicly or making business decisions based on it.
Before using AI-generated content commercially, review it for originality, accuracy, and potential similarity to existing creators, brands, trademarks, or copyrighted works.
10. Platform and Pricing Disclaimer
Our products may reference third-party platforms, tools, and services including but not limited to Notion, Instagram, Stan Store, Canva, Google Workspace, Squarespace, ManyChat, Claude, and others. Platform features, pricing, and policies are estimates at the time of product creation and may change at any time. Always verify current information directly with each platform before purchasing any tool or service.
11. Third-Party Disclaimer
All products are independently created and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Notion, Anthropic, Claude, Instagram, Meta, Stan Store, Canva, Spotify, or any other third-party platform, company, or service mentioned.
12. What Is Included — Support Boundary
Purchase includes access to the digital product only. It does not include 1:1 support, tech setup, account recovery, platform troubleshooting, or personalized coaching unless explicitly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.
13. Version and Update Policy
You receive access to the version of the product available at the time of purchase. Future updates may be added at the creator's discretion but are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the sales page.
14. Privacy and Sensitive Information
Our products are not designed to store sensitive personal information. Do not enter passwords, social security numbers, bank account numbers, tax IDs, medical records, private client information, or other confidential data into any Notion template or AI prompt. You are solely responsible for the security of any information you choose to enter. We are not liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse of information stored within any template.
15. Privacy Policy — Data Collection
We may collect your name, email address, purchase information, social media details if provided, platform identifiers, and basic usage analytics including cookies and tracking data.
We use your information to deliver purchases, communicate with you, improve our Services, provide support, send updates or marketing emails, and comply with legal obligations.
We share information only with essential service providers such as email platforms and payment processors, analytics tools, and legal authorities if required. We do not sell personal information.
Our Services may use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools to understand usage and improve performance.
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of use of your information. Contact contact@johannaabellmarketing.com to make a request.
16. Payment Processors
We use third-party platforms to process payments and deliver products including Stan Store, Stripe, PayPal, and Notion Marketplace. These processors handle personal information according to their own privacy policies. We do not store or have access to full payment details such as credit card numbers.
We may also use affiliate links and may earn commissions from them. This never affects the price you pay.
17. Your Responsibilities
By using our Services you agree not to misuse or exploit our digital products, not to engage in scraping, cloning, or copying our content, not to share or redistribute paid products, to follow your local digital tax and legal rules when applicable, and to provide accurate information at checkout.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from using or being unable to use our products or Services. Our products are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. You assume full responsibility for your results, use, and outcomes. If you experience technical issues please email us and we will do our best to help.
19. Termination
We may revoke access to any digital product at our discretion if you violate the license or these terms, resell or share digital products, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always appear on our site or sales pages. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated terms.
