Meredith Walker | Philadelphia Yoga & Wellness Conference
Effective Date: November 2025
Term: Month-to-month (November 2025 – February 2026)
Scope of Work
Joe Longo will provide coaching, consulting, and creative direction services to support both Meredith’s personal leadership development and the strategic success of the Philadelphia Yoga & Wellness Conference.
Services include:
1. Coaching & Consulting
Up to four (4) sessions per month, as needed.
Sessions are a blend of mindset coaching, business strategy, creative direction, and personal support.
Recommended cadence: at least bi-weekly sessions, with flexibility to add more during peak months (January–February).
2. Conference Support (included in monthly fee)
All conference-related meetings and planning calls are covered separately from coaching sessions.
These include team planning meetings, teacher/presenter walkthroughs, or coordination calls.
3. Podcast Mini-Series Production
Joe will take full ownership of producing and managing a podcast mini-series featuring conference presenters and teachers. This includes:
Interview scheduling and hosting
Audio recording and editing
Short-form clip creation for social media
Coordination with featured guests for content sharing and promotion
4. Festival Strategy & Planning Support
Ongoing strategic guidance across:
Programming & event flow
Marketing & visibility planning
Budget and pricing clarity
Sponsorship strategy
Yoga Alliance CEU eligibility and workshop development
Compensation
Fee: $1,100 per month
Billing Period: November 2025 through February 2026
Payment Method: Invoiced monthly via email (non–auto debit)
Each invoice will be sent with a Stan checkout link for easy payment.
Additional Terms
Either party may end or pause the engagement with 14 days’ written notice.
Any additional project work outside of the defined scope can be discussed and agreed upon separately.
All creative materials, recordings, and content developed by Joe Longo remain shared intellectual property for promotional use by both parties unless otherwise agreed.

By paying the invoice, you are acknowledging agreement and acceptance of the terms above.
