Some items on our website (memberships, course enrollment, subscriptions,…) are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date of a purchase, but this does not apply to digital products. This means that no refunds are granted due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they are downloaded. Terms and Conditions for the Coaching Programs, including the "Ask Me Anything Q & A Call"

  1. Scope of Services:

    • The coaching program, hereafter referred to as "the Program," is designed to provide coaching services to the client, as outlined in the agreed-upon coaching plan. This will be reminded to the client prior to the first coaching call.

  2. Session Attendance:

    • The client acknowledges the importance of attending coaching sessions as scheduled. If the client cannot attend a session, rescheduling must occur within 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe forfeits the opportunity to reschedule that specific session.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • In the event of a client no-show without prior notification, the coach will make every reasonable attempt to understand the reasons for the absence. However, if the client fails to advise of a no-show, the session will not be automatically rescheduled.

  4. Client Accountability:

    • The client acknowledges their responsibility to hold themselves accountable for attending coaching sessions. If the client consistently fails to show up without valid reasons, the coach reserves the right to terminate the client-coach relationship.

  5. Termination of Relationship:

    • The coach retains the right to terminate the client-coach relationship at any time if the client demonstrates an inability or unwillingness to attend sessions consistently or to do the exercises or worksheets. Termination may occur without issuing a refund for the remaining sessions.

  6. Refund Policy:

    • No refunds will be issued for missed or terminated sessions. Payments made for the program are non-refundable.

  7. Confidentiality:

    • All information shared between the client and the coach during coaching sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, except as required by law.

  8. Intellectual Property:

    • Any materials provided as part of the coaching program are the intellectual property of the coach and may not be reproduced or shared without explicit permission.

  9. Modification of Terms:

    • These terms and conditions may be modified by the coach with notice to the client. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  10. Governing Law:

    • This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

By participating in the coaching program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
