My name is Kat and I have an addiction...

it’s called busy.

 I know you might probably be struggling with this too!

So I created a 21 day devotional to help guide your quiet time with God in the mornings.

I wanted to make myself intentionally have some time each day to be still. Because we all know it doesn’t just naturally happen!

Each day is a reminder to do ONE thing... and each of those 21 things combined, implemented and practiced over and over again will eventually become a part of a calmer life. Coz it takes 21 days to create a habit ;)

So this is my part to help battle that thing called busy!  I know we think we thrive there... but I promise you we don’t!  

God has so much more for you in this life, but you can’t experience that with Him when your schedule is so over run with things that need to be accomplished.

This devotional was birthed out of a time of rest for me. I had just moved back from Guatemala and was REALLY burnt out. I was in need of God, rest and a major reset of the heart.

 So, my hope is that 21 Days Of Rest will do that for you too.

I hope to bring a new habit, and of course rest for your mind, body & spirit to your life.
