Join us at KHJ for a group sound bath evening for spiritual healing and relaxation, hosted by Teresa. An hour to pause, unwind and reconnect.

Friday 13th November, 7pm to 8pm, in person at KHJ Salon, 49 High Street, Chellaston.

Lie back, switch off and let the sound wash over you as you rest, release stress and reset your mind and body.

Hot chocolate and warm snacks provided.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow. Seated spaces are also available.

Only 14 spaces: 10 on mats and 4 seated. Tickets are £22 per person.
