TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or accessing any content provided by Kara Moll Coaching LLC.
By accessing this website, making a purchase, scheduling a service, enrolling in a program, or using any related content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.
COMPANY INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern products, services, programs, coaching, training, digital materials, and other content provided by Kara Moll Coaching LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, referred to in these Terms as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Questions regarding these Terms may be sent to Support@KaraMoll.com.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase products or services from the Company.
By making a purchase, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The Company may offer digital products, courses, live programs, group training, coaching, consulting, downloadable materials, recordings, memberships, and other educational or professional-development services.
The specific features, schedule, delivery method, access period, and materials included with a purchase will be described on the applicable product or enrollment page. That description becomes part of your agreement with the Company.
We may make reasonable changes to the order, format, content, exercises, facilitators, or supporting materials when doing so supports the learning experience or becomes necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any material schedule change will be communicated to affected participants.
PAYMENT
You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price. A payment plan divides the total cost into installments. It is not a subscription that may be canceled before the full balance is paid.
You authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule shown at checkout.
If a payment fails, access to the associated product, service, or program may be suspended until the account is brought current.
Prices and promotions may change at any time. We do not provide retroactive price adjustments or refunds because a product is later offered at a different price.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, immediate access to proprietary materials, reserved coaching time, and limited-enrollment programs, all sales are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated on the applicable product page.
Missing a live session, failing to schedule or attend an appointment, not accessing the materials, changing your mind, or choosing not to complete a program does not create a right to a refund or cancel an outstanding payment obligation.
If the Company permanently cancels a paid program or service and does not provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled service, or substantially equivalent alternative, the Company will provide an appropriate refund for the portion not delivered.
If a digital product becomes unavailable after purchase but before it can be accessed, the Company may provide replacement access, an equivalent product, or a refund.
COACHING CALLS AND APPOINTMENTS
You are responsible for scheduling any coaching call, consultation, or appointment included with your purchase.
To cancel or reschedule, email Support@KaraMoll.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and include “CALL CANCELLATION” and the appointment date and time in the subject line.
Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled subject to availability. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.
Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at the Company’s discretion.
PROGRAM ACCESS AND EXPIRATION
Access periods vary by product and will be stated on the applicable product or enrollment page.
You are responsible for reviewing the stated access period and downloading any materials specifically identified as downloadable before access expires.
The Company does not promise lifetime or permanent access unless those exact words appear in the written product description at the time of purchase.
Access may be affected by platform changes, third-party services, technology updates, legal requirements, or changes involving licensed content. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice of a material change to an active access period.
LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your individual educational or professional-development purposes.
Unless the Company gives you express written permission, you may not:
• Share your login credentials or course access
• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute course content
• Record, download, or capture video or audio that is not expressly offered for download
• Share workbooks, scripts, slides, recordings, templates, or proprietary materials
• Teach, sell, sublicense, or create derivative products from the content
• Use the content to train artificial intelligence systems or build competing products
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices
• Permit another person or organization to use an individual registration
Team or organizational use requires the number of licenses or registrations stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company’s original content, including its courses, frameworks, scripts, presentations, workbooks, exercises, graphics, recordings, designs, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, frameworks, quotations, and licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership to the Company or to the purchaser.
Exactly What to Say® and related licensed intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner and are used by the Company in accordance with applicable permissions and licensing.
No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license expressly described in these Terms.
LIVE PROGRAM RECORDINGS
Certain live programs, classes, workshops, coaching sessions, or group events may be recorded.
By attending a session identified as being recorded, you understand that your name, image, voice, chat comments, questions, or contributions may appear in the recording. These recordings may be made available privately to registered participants or authorized organizational clients.
Private program recordings may not be downloaded, copied, shared, published, or distributed unless the Company expressly provides written permission.
The Company will not use a participant’s identifiable image, voice, story, or contribution in public advertising or marketing without separate permission, except for brief incidental appearances where permitted by applicable law.
PARTICIPANT CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants in live or group programs may hear personal, professional, or business information shared by others.
You agree not to record, disclose, publish, distribute, or use another participant’s identifying information, stories, business information, or contributions outside the program without that participant’s permission.
The Company establishes confidentiality as a condition of participation but cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant. You should use appropriate judgment when deciding what information to share in a group environment.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are expected to interact respectfully and avoid conduct that is threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, unlawful, or harmful to the learning environment.
The Company may limit or terminate access when it reasonably determines that a participant has:
• Violated these Terms
• Shared or misused proprietary content
• Disrupted a program or interfered with other participants
• Engaged in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct
• Used the program to solicit, market to, or recruit other participants without permission
• Failed to make required payments
Removal resulting from a participant’s violation of these Terms does not entitle the participant to a refund and does not cancel any remaining payment obligation, except where otherwise required by law.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
The Company’s products and services are provided for educational, training, coaching, and professional-development purposes.
They are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified professional regarding decisions requiring specialized advice.
Coaching and training do not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
RESULTS AND EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
The Company does not guarantee any particular business, financial, sales, career, leadership, relationship, communication, or personal-development result.
Examples, testimonials, case studies, and participant experiences are illustrative and do not promise that you will achieve the same outcome.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your experience, decisions, effort, participation, application, market conditions, circumstances, and other factors outside the Company’s control.
You remain responsible for evaluating information, making decisions, and implementing any strategies or practices discussed.
TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Products and services may be delivered using third-party platforms and providers, including Stan, Zoom, email providers, payment processors, hosting services, and other technology companies.
The Company is not responsible for outages, interruptions, account restrictions, compatibility issues, or service failures caused by third-party platforms or by the participant’s equipment, internet connection, software, or account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining suitable equipment, internet access, current software, and accurate contact information.
If a technology problem within the Company’s reasonable control prevents delivery, the Company may provide replacement access, reschedule the affected service, or offer another reasonable remedy.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By purchasing a product or service, you consent to receive transactional communications necessary to fulfill your purchase, including receipts, access instructions, scheduling notices, program reminders, updates, and service-related announcements.
Consent to receive promotional or marketing emails is handled separately where required. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not prevent delivery of essential purchase or account communications.
PRIVACY
The Company collects information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, billing information, purchase history, program participation, communications, and other information necessary to provide products and services.
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by the Company. The Company may also use third-party platforms for website hosting, course delivery, email communications, scheduling, video conferencing, analytics, advertising, and customer support. Those providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
The Company uses personal information to process purchases, deliver products and services, provide customer support, communicate program information, maintain business records, improve its offerings, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications when permitted.
The Company does not sell personal information for money. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the business, fulfill a purchase, comply with law, protect legal rights, or complete a business transaction.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those messages. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing Support@KaraMoll.com. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or contractual purposes.
The Company uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no website, email system, platform, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
FEEDBACK AND TESTIMONIALS
If you voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, or general feedback, the Company may use that feedback to improve its products and services.
The Company will not publicly identify you, publish a testimonial attributed to you, or use your identifiable image, voice, or personal story for marketing without permission.
Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your preexisting intellectual property, confidential business information, or personal materials to the Company.
WEBSITE AND CONTENT ACCURACY
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information but does not warrant that every statement, description, link, or piece of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may correct errors, update information, or modify content when necessary.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, products, services, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kara Moll Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, content, products, services, or programs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for that purchase during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kara Moll Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:
• Your unlawful use of the website, products, services, or content
• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Content or materials you knowingly submit or distribute in violation of law or another person’s rights
The Company will notify you of a covered claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense where appropriate.
EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
The Company will not be considered in breach of these Terms for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, emergencies, labor disruptions, government actions, internet outages, platform failures, or other comparable circumstances.
When reasonably possible, the Company will communicate material interruptions and provide a rescheduled session, replacement access, or another appropriate remedy.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a charge is incorrect or a purchased product or service has not been delivered as described, please contact Support@KaraMoll.com so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this section limits any lawful rights you may have through your payment provider or applicable consumer-protection law.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires another jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
NO WAIVER
A failure by the Company to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Unless required by law or agreed to by both parties, a later revision will not materially reduce rights attached to a purchase made under an earlier version.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, the applicable product or enrollment page, the checkout information, and any separate written agreement between you and the Company constitute the complete agreement concerning the applicable purchase.
If a separately signed agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject addressed in that agreement.
