Terms & Conditions
Karina Collins Tarot is the trading name of Loaway Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. These terms apply when you use this store or purchase a reading from us. By purchasing or using the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
1. Readings are for entertainment only
Readings are provided for entertainment and guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and you should always consult a qualified professional on those matters. Readings are not legally binding. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions. You must be 18 or over to purchase a reading.

3. What you are buying
We provide personalised tarot and psychic readings, delivered by [email / live video call], depending on the option you choose at checkout. Each reading is prepared individually for you based on the information you provide, so please give accurate details. We aim to deliver written and recorded readings within 21 days of purchase.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stan and its payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout in [โฌ] and you are responsible for providing valid payment details. We do not store your card details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Written and recorded readings. Because every reading is prepared personally for you, work begins as soon as you order. By purchasing, you request that we begin preparing (and, where applicable, deliver) your reading straight away, and you acknowledge that once the reading has been fully provided you lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to distance purchases. If you contact us at support@karinacollins.ie before we have started your reading, we will refund you.
Live call bookings. You are responsible for scheduling your call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email support@karinacollins.ie with the subject "CANCELLATION โ [date & time of your call]" at least 48 hours before. If you do not attend, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the fee is forfeited.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to treat us respectfully, and to use your reading and any related content for your own personal purposes only.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this store, and the wording and format of the readings we provide, belongs to Loaway Ltd and is supplied for your personal use. You may not copy, republish, resell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Any personal information or questions you send us for your reading remain yours; we use them only to provide your reading (see clause 8).
8. Your information and privacy
We handle your personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information you give us for a reading is used only to prepare and deliver it. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loaway Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or decision arising from your use of, or reliance on, a reading โ please see clause 1. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
10. Third-party services
This store operates through Stan and its payment provider. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors or issues caused by those services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by revising this page. The version posted here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
