You lie down on the mat in savasana position and close your eyes. Music is playing. That‘s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is hard to explain with words, it‘s different for every person and two sessions are never the same. 

The energy is wise and nothing will happen that you are not ready for. It will always be right for you at that specific time. 

There is no requirement, you don't need to know anything about energy or be spiritual in any way. 

You are being invited to let go of all resistance and drop into the void from which all forms arise. It is an invitation to be one with the cosmos.
