A 16-week intensive for moms who are done yelling and done feeling guilty about it.
You’re not a bad mom. You’re a mom whose nervous system has been running in survival mode for way too long.
You know the moment. The spilled milk, the third “Mom?” in thirty seconds, the shoes that still aren’t on. Then the snap. The yell you swore you wouldn’t do again. Then the guilt spiral at 9pm while you scroll “how to stop yelling at your kids” for the fourth time this month.
Here’s what nobody tells you: mom rage isn’t a character flaw, and it isn’t a willpower problem. It’s your body hitting its limit. That’s why the tips, the deep breaths, and the counting to ten haven’t stuck.
Raging to Regulated is a 16-week coaching intensive built by a licensed therapist (and fellow formerly-raging mom). It works from the body up, because your body has to calm down before your brain can think clearly enough to respond differently.
Over 16 weeks, you’ll move through the Regulated RESET Method:
Month 1: Regulate. Learn the nervous system tools that interrupt rage in the moment and help you recover faster afterward. You’ll also figure out which rage pathway you’re in, so the tools actually fit you.
Month 2: Evaluate. Map your triggers, find where your patterns started, and get honest about the mental load you’re carrying.
Month 3: Self-Express. Name what you’re feeling before it boils over. Set boundaries, ask for help, and repair with your kids after the hard moments.
Month 4: Establish & Thrive. Build systems that lighten the load, protect your progress, and plan for the hard days so one bad week doesn’t undo everything.
This is for you if:
You love your kids fiercely, and you’re also yelling more than you ever thought you would
You’re high-achieving and capable everywhere else, and running on empty at home
You’re tired of the yell-guilt-repeat cycle and want real change, not another Pinterest quote
