By purchasing or accessing the Home Ready Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All Home Ready Plans are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the results, changes in personal financial circumstances, or inability to complete the plan.

Each Home Ready Plan is a customized service based on your individual credit profile and financial situation. Due to the personalized nature of the program, the service begins immediately upon purchase. Therefore, all fees paid are considered earned at the time of payment.

Processing Time:
Home Ready Plans are typically completed within 3–5 business days after the Credit Consent Form has been fully completed and signed. Timely completion depends on the accuracy of the information provided and the client’s responsiveness to document requests.
