I'm Kevin Luna. In 2019 I started a podcast from my story — I have ankylosing spondylitis, I was nearly bedridden, and food and community brought me back. That little show, The Empathy Podcast, has carried real people's healing stories for seven years now: 69 episodes, more than 7,600 plays, and listeners who still find it — and play it — every single month. I'm not a media company. I'm a guy with a story, a microphone, and a system simple enough to survive real life — including a 17-month pause and a comeback.
