WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH
I'm Kiki Blofsky. I'm a certified mediator, arbitrator, and workplace investigator with nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership.
I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran and a former Chief Human Resources Officer with a background in employment law and strategic HR management. I have worked with global organizations, startups, nonprofits, and municipal governments, helping leaders and employees navigate complex workplace challenges, resolve disputes, and create stronger, more equitable workplaces.
Today, I bring that experience into my mediation, consulting, and education work. I help individuals, organizations, and families prepare for mediation and difficult conversations by giving them practical tools, clear information, and proven strategies, so they can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
My mission: to empower individuals with practical knowledge, preparation strategies, and the confidence to navigate mediation and difficult conversations with clarity and control, so they never go in blind when what matters most is on the line.
"When you're informed, prepared, and supported, you have options."

• You have a mediation scheduled, or one coming, and you are representing yourself
• You have an attorney but still want to walk in organized, prepared, and heard
• Your case is a workplace or employment dispute, a consumer dispute, or a family matter
• You cannot afford to hire an attorney for the whole case, but you refuse to guess your way through the most important meeting of it
• You want a straight answer on what your case is worth before anyone asks you to sign anything
IN OUR 60 MINUTES, WE WILL:
• Break your case into its separate claims, so you know exactly what you are negotiating
• Put a real value on your case, the way damages actually get calculated
• Review your evidence and what to hold, what to show, and what not to hand over
• Walk through how mediation day actually runs, including the caucus, and what to ask for
• Set your three numbers: where you open, where you land, and where you walk away
• Talk through the settlement traps, including the gag clause and the full release, so a signature never costs you more than it pays you
YOUR $300 GOES FURTHER
Your full $300 consultation fee is credited toward a Mediation Prep Package if you engage Kiki within 14 days of your consultation. Think of it as a down payment on walking in fully prepared, not a sunk cost.
