What this is

A peer-led mastermind for experienced women in real estate who are building income beyond commission. You will share one proven play that you feel you've mastered (or are on your way to!), learn from peers in focused Sessions and Roundtables, build quietly in "Studios", then present your working product at the "Show and Share" before heading home. You leave with amazing momentum and a 90-day plan.

Sage means the wisdom you bring. Stone is the foundation you build. Milk & Honey is a place where good work flourishes. Sessions are where it all comes together.

Who this is for

Women in real estate who already produce and are ready to expand into other income streams, like: speaking, coaching, digital products, hosting events, building a team or network, launching a podcast, rentals and STRs, or authoring a book.

This is a working retreat...not your normal real estate conference.

What you will do here

• Sessions: peer case studies with practical playbooks - learn from those who have "been there, done that"...

• Roundtables: track-specific deep dives - meet with others wanting to do the same thing that you do

• Studios: quiet build blocks - just you and your work - unplug & recharge your batteries in the tranquil setting of the ranch

• Peer Office Hours: optional 1:1 feedback swaps

• Show and Share: structured share time - get real-time feedback on your progress

• Leisure blocks: cow cuddling, spa sessions, or pool time! Take advantage of this luxurious space.

What you leave with

• One working asset draft or beta that is about 75% ready for use or sale

• An Income Stack plan with 1 to 2 additional streams to implement in the next 12 months

• A 90-day sprint with weekly actions

• An accountability partner and two post-event check-ins

• A new community of Realtor Girlfriends who are on the same wavelength!

Investment
$1,299 shared King | $1,799 solo King

Payment plan (starts with a $249 deposit):

• Shared King $1,299: $499 deposit, then $800 by by 2/1

• Solo King $1,799: $499 deposit, then $1300 by 2/1
