These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products purchased from KLOE Photography through our Stan Store.

2. Digital Products
KLOE Photography sells digital photography resources, including educational e-books, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw presets, and digital bundles.
All products are supplied electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Each product's contents, features and relevant compatibility requirements are described on its product page.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP).
Payment is required in full before digital products are delivered.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
We may change prices or introduce promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available for download immediately after successful payment.
Download instructions and access to purchased files are provided through the checkout process and/or order confirmation email.
Customers should provide a valid email address and ensure that their device and software are suitable for downloading and using the purchased files.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
Under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the cancellation right can be lost when the supply of digital content begins, provided that the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this will result in the loss of the cancellation right.
At checkout, customers are asked to provide this express consent and acknowledgement.
Once the supply of digital content has begun with the customer's express consent and acknowledgement, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
If a digital product is faulty, does not match its description or does not meet applicable legal requirements, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Preset Compatibility and Results
KLOE Skin Collection presets were developed and tested using continuous LED lighting with a colour temperature of 6000 K.
The presets are not recommended for photographs taken under 4000 K LED lighting and have not been tested under 5000 K or other colour temperatures.
The 6000 K specification refers to the colour temperature of the LED lighting, not the white balance setting in the camera.
Even when using 6000 K lighting, individual adjustments to white balance, tint, exposure and other editing settings may be necessary.
Presets are supplied in XMP format for use with compatible versions of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw.
Results may vary depending on lighting conditions, camera settings, image quality and individual editing preferences.
Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer rights.
7. Copyright and Permitted Use
All e-books, presets, photographs, written materials and other original digital content supplied by KLOE Photography are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a digital product grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials.
Customers may use the presets to edit photographs for personal or professional photography purposes, including photographs delivered to their own clients.
Customers must not:
Resell, redistribute or share the original e-book or preset files.
Upload purchased files to websites, online groups or file-sharing platforms.
Reproduce or distribute substantial parts of the e-books.
Claim ownership or authorship of the original products.
Include the original files in products, bundles or resources offered for sale without written permission.
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the original digital products remain with KLOE Photography.
8. Educational Information
Our e-books provide educational information based on practical photography experience.
Lighting techniques, camera settings and editing methods may require adjustment depending on individual equipment and working conditions.
We do not guarantee identical photographic results.
Any electrical installation or modification should be carried out safely and, where appropriate, by a qualified professional.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
9. Technical Requirements
Customers should review product descriptions and compatibility information before purchasing.
Some products require compatible software or equipment.
We are not responsible for problems caused solely by incompatible equipment or software where the relevant requirements were clearly stated before purchase.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights where a product is faulty or does not conform to its description.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
We process personal information necessary to manage purchases, process payments, deliver digital products and provide customer support.
Purchases may involve third-party service providers, including Stan Store and the payment providers available at checkout.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law.
11. Liability
We aim to ensure that our digital products are accurately described and supplied in working condition.
We do not guarantee particular photographic, editing or business results from using our products.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers retain any mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version in effect when the order is placed.
