  1. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If your purchase includes 1:1 calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling the calls and ensuring you receive the reminder emails with the Zoom link, sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled session. All Zoom calls are audio-only. If you miss your call or the emails, your call will be forfeited and considered canceled.

  2. Missed appointments & late arrivals: All calls begin at the scheduled time. I will wait up to 10 minutes past the hour for you to join the Zoom meeting. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, your call will be considered a cancellation and will be forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option. Please ensure you arrive on time to make the most of your session.

  3. You are responsible for ensuring the technology on your end is working. I will remain in the Zoom call for up to 10 minutes. If your audio isn't working or you are unable to access the Zoom link, the session will be forfeited.
