  2. Missed appointments & late arrivals: All calls begin at the scheduled time. I will wait up to 10 minutes past the hour for you to join the Zoom meeting. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, your call will be considered a cancellation and will be forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option.   3. You are responsible for ensuring the technology on your end is working. I will remain in the Zoom call for up to 10 minutes. If your audio isn't working or you are unable to access the Zoom link, the session will be forfeited.

  20. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

  21. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, Florida. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
