All Products are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• That payment is due immediately at checkout
• That installment plans (if offered) must be completed in full
Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to Products.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided unless required by law.
You acknowledge that digital products cannot be “returned.”
5. Chargebacks
You agree to contact Kristen Beck to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Improper chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in:

• Collection actions

6. Intellectual Property
All Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Kristen Beck.
Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or business use only.

You may not:
• Share login access
• Distribute files
• Republish content
• Use materials for unlawful purposes
Violation may result in terminated access without refund.
8. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
Kristen Beck makes no guarantees regarding income, success, or results.
Any examples, testimonials, or discussions of outcomes are not promises or typical results.
Your success depends on numerous personal factors beyond Kristen Beck’s control.
9. Educational & Informational Purpose
Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Kristen Beck does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
10. Technology Disclaimer
Kristen Beck is not responsible for:
• Platform outages
• Software conflicts
• User device issues
• Internet disruptions

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Kristen Beck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
