I just had a nurse with 7 months of RN experience land her dream remote nursing job in 2 months of working with me.
Another nurse I helped messaged me that she will never leave her remote nursing job because it is so easy and perfect for also having her daughter at home.
Another nurse landed her dream CDI job with no critical care experience without applying and beat out 500+ candidates who did.
Another nurse landed her dream job in 1 application (this happens more and more all the time).
Another nurse who spent 5 years in Facebook groups, researching online, tailoring her resumes with AI and never landed one interview. She worked with me and got her first remote nursing job offer within 5 1/2 weeks (from starting to apply) and 4 more within the next few weeks (also a massive pay raise when she went remote- this is a theme in my world).

Over the last 10 years, I have created and refined the remote nursing job search process and how to get the most results in the easiest way possible. This is a new and updated process that is going to change the game forever. What used to take 10-15 hrs a week now takes 15 minutes. And I am so freakin excited to share it in this program.
This program will give you the tools you need to find and land your dream remote nursing job. This is intended for those who want, desire and thrive on community, accountability and working through a process together with an incredible community of beautiful humans on the same journey. We will hit the ground running and keep going until you are home. (Please set aside an estimated 15-25 minutes per day for the 30 days)
What I would see if you brought me your job search
You tailored your résumé with AI. A little. Enough that it felt like you did something. Or maybe a lot. Change the whole thing every time.
You pieced together advice from three different Facebook groups that contradicted each other, and since you could not tell which one was right, you did a bit of all of it and you are exhausted.
Then you applied. Maybe forty times. Maybe a hundred. Maybe more. And when nothing came back, you did not conclude that the advice was bad.
You concluded that there was something wrong with your experience, your writing, or you.
So you started looking at jobs you do not actually want. The stepping stone. The one that is not really it, but might get you closer, might count as experience, might make you look better next time.
I want you to stop doing that.
Because while you have been talking yourself into a job you do not want, here is what has been happening for my nurses.
Nurses hired without applying at all, through the hidden job market, which is still my favorite way to do this.
Tons of roles created for a specific nurse because a manager wanted her and no posting existed.
Recruiters walking one nurse's file to multiple managers so she got several interviews (and offers- 3 in 1 day) from one conversation, with no tailoring and no applying.
Nurses beating out thousands of applicants. Five figure pay increases. Five figure annual bonuses. Four figure signing bonuses.
None of that is luck, and none of it required more experience, a new certification or anything like that.
It required knowing which door to walk through, and then handing over proof instead of a promise.
You were never underqualified. You were under-informed, by people who meant well but mostly were guessing.
But I don't guess because I know what works.
What matters most
One of my nurses just came back from maternity leave. She told me she had none of the dread she was bracing for. No ick about going back. She loves her very autonomous remote nursing job, and she is home with her babies, and she never had to put them in daycare, which is the only thing she ever really wanted. (She had only one year of nursing experience and got a massive pay raise when she went remote)
Another one told me she is never leaving. Ever. That the work is so easy she has to deliberately slow herself down.
Some choose their hours and work when they want. They log off when they are sick. They log off when their kids are sick. They do not have to choose between taking care of their family and a paycheck, which is a choice almost every nurse I know has made at least once and still remembers.
That is what this is actually about.
Not just the offer letter. Not just the salary. It is a woman going back to work after a baby and feeling great about it. It is the sleeping in or getting off at 2 PM. It is being at their soccer game and them hearing you cheer for them. It is your holiday seat that has been empty and will never be empty again.
The cherry on top? The Master Key Method™. One key, almost any door.
No one else teaches this because I created it. It is what nurses have paid me $7500 for and I am teaching it to you in this challenge.
Most nurses spend those months applying exactly the way they did in December.
And then get the same results.
Time to change that forever.
I spent thousands of hours figuring out what actually works so that you would not have to and made this process surprisingly easy.
If this is not your season, come back. There will be another one.
But if you ready- let's freakin go!!!!
Before you go, there is one thing I need you to hear, and it does not cost anything.
Somewhere in the last year or years, after the twentieth application or the fortieth, you might have made a decision about yourself. You probably did not notice you were making it, because it did not feel like a decision. It felt like a fact.
Maybe I am not qualified enough. Maybe I need more experience. Maybe I need different experience.
Maybe this only works for other people.
Or the quiet one, the one nobody says out loud. Maybe I waited too long.
You were handed the wrong map and I am going to hand you the right one.
You have been more than qualified this entire time. Yes, even with six months of experience.
You just needed someone to help you see how incredible you actually are, and then help you show them.
Right now, somewhere, there is a manager looking for exactly you.
I am going to help you find each other.
