Many creative, multi-passionate, and neurodivergent thinkers don’t struggle with ideas... they struggle with organizing them into clear, doable action. When everything lives in your head, projects feel overwhelming, progress stalls, and even the most exciting ideas can lose momentum.
From Idea to Action matters because it teaches you a practical system for turning scattered thoughts into visible steps you can actually move forward with. Using The Train Method, you’ll learn how to build your plans outside your head with a flexible, visual approach that adapts to real life, not rigid productivity rules.
Instead of forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit how your brain works, you’ll create a repeatable planning method that supports clarity, decision-making, and consistent momentum. By the end of the class, you won’t just understand your ideas better... you’ll know exactly what to do next, how to keep moving, and how to turn future ideas into action again and again.

Hi, I’m Leigh-Ann, designer, creative guide, and creator of The Train Method. I built this system through a busy, high-pressure season of life while running a business, parenting, navigating grief, and managing more ideas than traditional planners could hold. What began as a personal tool to organize my own zigzag thinking became a flexible visual planning method now used by creatives, entrepreneurs, and neurodivergent thinkers around the world. With 20 years of entrepreneurial, design and teaching experience, I guide students through a hands-on process that turns ideas into clear, doable action. My goal is simple: help you build a system you can trust, use repeatedly, and adapt to real life.
