Sherena | Child Loss Grief Coach

Support for moms after child loss. Reset, rebuild, start with the 5-Step Reset.

You don’t need more time. You need a blueprint.

You don’t need more time. You need a blueprint.

$27

You're functioning. Nobody would even know.

You get the kids up. You go to work. You answer texts. You smile when you're supposed to.

But inside you feel nothing. No joy. No excitement. No real reason to look forward to tomorrow.

You look in the mirror and don't even recognize the woman looking back at you.

You know exactly where you lost her. The day your child died. And everybody told you time heals all wounds.

That was a lie.

2, 3, 5 years later and you are still numb. Still on autopilot. Still waiting to feel like yourself again.

You've tried the grief group. You've sat in the therapy circle. You've heard all the stages. All the breathing exercises. All the "give yourself grace" advice.

And you left every single time feeling the exact same way you walked in. Because they told you about grief. Nobody gave you a roadmap to rebuild your life after it.

You just know that going through the motions one more day feels like too much.

You are not broken. You are a bereaved mother who lost a child and kept going when the whole world expected you to.

But surviving was never supposed to be the destination.

This is where rebuilding starts.

I didn't write this from research. I wrote it from rock bottom.

I lost my daughter. And for 8 years I ran on autopilot. Numb. Functioning. Grieving while parenting. Showing up for everybody else while slowly disappearing from myself.

I tried the grief groups. I sat in the circles. I heard all the stages. And I left every single time feeling exactly the same.

Nobody was talking about what I actually needed. So I started figuring it out myself.

The first thing I learned was this. Before you rebuild anything you have to let the old you go. Not forget her. Let her go. And start getting to know the woman grief left behind.

I started dating myself. Finding out what she liked. What made her feel alive. What made her feel feminine and soft and taken care of. I started letting my guard down. Letting people in. Giving myself full days where I did nothing but feel whatever needed to be felt.

And slowly I started finding new layers of myself I didn't even know existed.

I can look at my daughter's photo now without falling apart. I talk to her about my day. She is still here. Just different.

I built this from my pain. Because nobody else was talking about it. And I know somebody needed it. Because I was that somebody.

That is why I wrote Rebuild Life After Loss: The Blueprint.

If you've tried grief support before and walked away feeling like it wasn't built for you, you were right. Most grief support talks about grief. Nobody hands you a roadmap to rebuild your actual life after losing a child. This is different because it was built from the inside of that exact experience. Not a textbook. Not a theory. A bereaved mother who lived it and documented every step.

If you don't have the energy to open one more thing, I hear you. This is 14 pages. Open it at 2am when the waves hit. In the car before school pickup. In the five minutes you finally have alone. No schedule. No pressure. No timeline. Open it when your heart has room.

If you're wondering whether $27 is really going to move the needle after everything you've been through, I get it. $27 will not fix your grief. But it will give you the first real tools to stop surviving it. The first real place to start. And right now that is everything.

And if money is tight, think about this. One therapy session runs $150 to $300 minimum. One grief group gives you community but no tools to work through on your own time. This is $27. One time. Yours forever. Less than a copay. Less than a tank of gas. For tools that took me 8 years of pain to figure out.

Ready to stop surviving and start rebuilding. Get the Blueprint below.

When you open Rebuild Life After Loss: The Blueprint you get three steps and one sacred bonus. 14 pages built for the bereaved mother who is done going through the motions.

Step 1. Meet the woman you are becoming.

Grief didn't just take your child. It took who you were. Your identity. Your energy. Your whole sense of self.

This step is about meeting her. The woman grief left behind. Not who you were before. Who you are becoming now. What does she like. What makes her feel alive. What makes her feel feminine and soft and like herself again. You get to find out. On your own terms. With zero pressure.

You are not broken. You are becoming someone new. And she still matters.

Step 2. Say what you have been holding in.

You have been performing "I'm fine" for so long you don't even flinch anymore.

This is where that ends.

You angry. Say it. You mad at God. Say it. Mad at the whole world for moving on like nothing happened. Say that too. Every feeling you have been swallowing to keep everybody else comfortable gets to come out here. No filter. No judgment. No right or wrong way to grieve after child loss.

This is your space to put down what you have been carrying alone.

Step 3. Let grief come back without guilt.

You were doing okay. Then a song came on. A smell hit different. You saw a kid their age.

And suddenly you were back in it.

This step gives you permission to sit inside the grief without being stuck in it. If you need to cry all day. Cry all day. If you don't want to talk to anybody. You don't have to talk to anybody. Grief coming back doesn't mean you failed at healing after loss. It means you loved deeply. And you still do.

You are allowed to feel it all and still be a good mama.

Bonus. A letter to your child.

This is the page I built from my own life.

Maybe there were things you never got to say. Maybe you want to tell them about your day. Maybe you want to introduce them to the woman you are becoming.

This is that space. Sacred. Messy. Yours.

After you work through the Blueprint something shifts.

Not all at once. Not overnight. But it starts.

You start taking real breaths again. Not the kind you take just to get through the day. Real ones.

You finally have somewhere to put everything you have been carrying. The anger. The guilt. The grief. The love. All of it gets to live somewhere outside of you for the first time.

You start recognizing the woman in the mirror again. Not who she was before. Who she is becoming now. And for the first time in a long time you want to get to know her.

You start living again. Not performing. Not surviving. Actually living.

Maybe that is traveling outside the country for the first time. Maybe that is making new friends who actually fill you up. Maybe that is dating again. Maybe that is a new career or a passion you never even knew you had. Rebuilding after losing a child looks different for every woman. Here you get the space to finally figure out what it looks like for you.

And your child. You finally get to say everything you never got to say. The things that have been sitting heavy in your chest for years. You get to say them. All of them.

And when the grief waves come back. Because they will. You come back to this. As many times as you need to. There is no one and done here. This is yours forever. Return to it at 2am. Return to it a year from now. Return to it every time you need to find her again.

This is not a one time resource. This is a tool you keep for life.

What women who have been through this are saying:

"This gave me action steps on what direction to go from where I am. Which I needed." "You keep me thriving." "I lost all faith when I lost my son. Took me a long time to find a reason to smile again."

$27 is not a big ask. But it is the first real step you have taken toward yourself since you lost your child. You deserve that.

$27. One time. Yours forever.
