Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing any products, programs, services, mentorship, or community spaces offered by Lisa Roulette (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any offer—including but not limited to digital products, courses, mentorship, coaching, live sessions, community access, or programs such as the Conscious Creators—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access any products or services.
1. Nature of Services (Educational Disclaimer)
All programs, mentorship, courses, digital products, and community experiences offered by Lisa Roulette are educational, informational, and coaching-based services intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and conscious development.
Lisa Roulette is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, or healthcare provider, and does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical services.
Nothing provided through any program, mentorship, or product should be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
You will seek professional support from licensed providers if needed.
Participation in any program or mentorship is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
2. No Guarantees or Promises of Results
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes of any kind, including but not limited to:
personal transformation
emotional healing
financial outcomes
business success
income generation
manifestation results
life improvements
Results vary based on individual effort, participation, background, and personal circumstances.
By purchasing or participating, you acknowledge that all outcomes are your personal responsibility and the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding specific results.
3. 24-Hour Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to a 24-hour refund window.
To qualify for a refund:
The request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase time
The request must be emailed to lisa@lisaroulette.com
Proof of purchase must be included
After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of most products and programs—including access to intellectual property, recordings, documents, frameworks, and teachings—refunds will not be issued after the 24-hour window, regardless of:
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated outside this policy may be formally contested.
4. Community Standards & Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and appropriate environment in all programs, communities, mentorship calls, live sessions, and communications.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
harassment of any kind
sexual harassment
inappropriate comments or messages
flirting, romantic advances, or suggestive communication toward the host or other participants
abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior
discrimination or hateful language
disruptive conduct within community spaces
misuse of mentorship access or communication channels
spamming, solicitation, or self-promotion without permission
Zero Tolerance Policy
If at any time a participant engages in misconduct—including sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or flirtatious behavior toward Lisa Roulette or any participant—the Company reserves the right to:
immediately terminate mentorship
remove the participant from the Boot Camp or community
revoke access to programs
cease all communication and services
This removal will occur without refund.
The safety and integrity of the community are a top priority.
5. Mentorship & Communication Boundaries
Certain offers may include 1:1 mentorship, coaching sessions, or direct communication access.
Participants agree that:
Access to communication channels (including text or messaging when provided) must remain respectful and professional
Communication must relate to mentorship support and program participation
Excessive, inappropriate, or boundary-violating communication may result in termination of access
The Company reserves the right to establish communication limits when necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, teachings, frameworks, documents, videos, audios, community content, and written materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Lisa Roulette.
This includes but is not limited to:
The Sovereign SELF Method™
Conscious Creators materials
frameworks, exercises, and teachings
videos and recordings
digital documents and downloads
mentorship materials
program language and methodology
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
You may not:
copy or reproduce materials
share login access
distribute program content
record or redistribute calls
resell or teach the material
create derivative programs using the content
Unauthorized use may result in removal from programs and legal action.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participation in personal development programs may involve self-reflection, emotional processing, and mindset work.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation
you are responsible for your interpretations, decisions, and actions
the Company is not responsible for personal outcomes resulting from program participation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Roulette and associated representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
participation in programs
inability to access services
decisions made based on program content
personal or business outcomes
All programs and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lisa Roulette and the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
your participation in any program
your misuse of program materials
your violation of these Terms
your violation of any laws or third-party rights
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from participation in programs or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation or use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Chargeback, Payment Disputes & Payment Responsibility
By purchasing any product, program, mentorship, or service offered by the Company, you agree to honor the stated refund policy and not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or any payment processor without first contacting the Company to resolve the matter.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after the 24-hour refund period or in violation of these Terms:
The Company reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all programs, materials, communities, and services.
The Company may provide proof of purchase, access records, program participation, and these Terms & Conditions to the payment processor in order to contest the dispute.
You remain responsible for the full amount of the purchase and any associated costs incurred by the Company, including administrative fees, dispute fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving access to digital content constitutes a breach of these Terms.
13. Confidentiality & Community Privacy
Programs, mentorship sessions, and community spaces may include personal discussions, shared experiences, and private interactions among participants.
By participating in any program, community, group session, or mentorship container, you agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all participants.
You agree that you will not:
share or disclose private discussions from community spaces
share personal stories or identifying information of other participants
screenshot, record, or distribute conversations without explicit permission
publish community discussions outside the program environment
While the Company encourages respectful confidentiality within the community, the Company cannot guarantee that all participants will honor this commitment.
Participants are responsible for exercising personal discretion when sharing personal information within community spaces.
14. Non-Disparagement
Participants agree not to publicly or privately make statements that are knowingly false, defamatory, harmful, or disparaging toward Lisa Roulette, the Company, its programs, its community members, or its intellectual property.
This includes but is not limited to:
false claims about the program or services
malicious or defamatory statements
harassment or targeted negative campaigns
posting misleading reviews intended to damage reputation
Nothing in this clause prevents participants from expressing honest opinions or truthful experiences; however, knowingly false, defamatory, or malicious statements that harm the reputation of the Company may constitute a breach of these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies if such actions occur.
