Fall Meal Plan

Fall Meal Plan

$35

If figuring out what to make for dinner feels like one more decision you don't have the energy to make...

I made this for you.

The Fall Meal Plan gives you three full months of dinners for September, October, and November so you can stop staring into the fridge at 5:00 wondering what you're going to feed everyone.

I planned the meals.

I organized the grocery lists.

I figured out the sides.

I even mapped out what you can prep ahead on Sunday to make the rest of your week easier.

You just open the plan and follow along.

Imagine knowing what's for dinner for the next 12 weeks.

Not just having a giant list of recipes you still have to organize yourself.

Each week has an actual plan.

You'll know what you're making Monday through Friday, what you need from the grocery store, what you can prep ahead, and how ingredients can work together throughout the week.

Because the hardest part of feeding a family usually isn't actually cooking dinner.

It's figuring out what to make over and over and over again.

That's the part I've taken off your plate.

WHAT'S INSIDE 🍁

βœ“ 12 full weeks of dinner plans

Four weeks for September, four for October, and four for November.

βœ“ 60 family-friendly dinners

These are the kinds of meals I actually want to feed my own family: simple, filling, familiar, flavorful food.

Think:

Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches
Chicken Pot Pie Biscuit Bake
Korean-Inspired Beef Bowls
Creamy Sausage & Tomato Rigatoni
Sunday-Style Pot Roast
Apple Cider Pork Chops
Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos
Homestyle Beef Meatloaf
Chicken & Dumplings
Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy
Creamy Sausage Tortellini Soup
French Dip Sandwiches

...and so many more.

The meals get progressively cozier as you move from September into October and November, so the plan actually feels like fall.

βœ“ A complete grocery list for EVERY week

No going through five recipes and making your own master list.

I've already done it for you.

Produce, meat, dairy, bread, pantry ingredients and even a "check the pantry" section are organized for you.

βœ“ Sunday Prep Checklists

This might be my favorite part of the entire plan.

Each week tells you exactly what you can do ahead of time to make your weekday dinners easier.

That might mean cooking rice, chopping vegetables, browning meat, making a sauce, assembling a casserole or getting Monday's slow cooker meal ready to go.

A little work on Sunday can save you so much scrambling later in the week.

βœ“ Intentional ingredient overlap

I didn't create 60 completely unrelated recipes that require you to start from scratch every night.

The weeks are designed to work together.

Cook chicken Monday and use some of it again Tuesday.

Make Italian beef and turn the leftovers into loaded baked potatoes.

Prep a batch of meatballs and use them for subs one night and Parmesan orzo another.

It's practical meal planning for actual family life.

βœ“ Side dish ideas

Because deciding what goes with dinner is sometimes almost as annoying as deciding what's for dinner.

I've included side suggestions throughout the plan so you're not left trying to figure out the rest of the meal.

βœ“ Extra printable recipe card + grocery list

So you can add your own family favorites and make the plan work for your home.

THIS ISN'T A "COOK FIVE DIFFERENT MEALS FROM SCRATCH" PLAN.

I wanted this to work for a busy mom.

So the weeks have a loose rhythm:

MONDAY: Slow Cooker
TUESDAY: Tacos or Bowls
WEDNESDAY: Italian Night
THURSDAY: Casserole or Soup
FRIDAY: Sheet Pan or Sliders

There are a few exceptions to keep things interesting, but that simple rhythm makes planning easier while still giving your family plenty of variety.

AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW IT PERFECTLY...

Swap Tuesday and Thursday.

Skip Friday because you're going to a football game.

Double something your family loves.

Use leftovers for lunches.

Replace a meal your kids won't eat with one of your own family favorites.

The plan is supposed to make your life easier, not give you another schedule you have to keep up with.

WHAT DINNER CAN LOOK LIKE THIS FALL...

Sunday afternoon, you open the plan.

You see exactly what's coming up for the week.

You order your groceries.

You knock out the short prep list.

And when Monday afternoon rolls around?

You already know what's for dinner.

No scrolling Pinterest.

No searching saved Instagram recipes.

No realizing you're missing three ingredients.

No standing in front of the refrigerator at 5:00 hoping something comes to you.

Just good, home-cooked meals and one less thing taking up space in your head.

That's exactly why I created this plan.

It doesn't need to be elaborate.

It doesn't need a long ingredient list.

And you certainly don't need to spend your entire afternoon in the kitchen.

You just need dependable recipes and a plan that makes getting them on the table easier.

That's what I've created for you here.
