By enrolling in the DBLB Program and submitting payment (full or installment), you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are non-refundable. Once a payment is received, it is considered earned and non-reversible under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

Change of mind
Change in personal circumstances
Lost access due to failure to complete tasks
Dissatisfaction with outcomes or progress
Delay or inability to participate
Partial attendance or incomplete use of resources
Any technical issues not caused by the Program Provider

If your access to the DBLB Program is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily) for any reason (including violation of terms of service, non-payment, or other conduct issues), you acknowledge that:
