Strength, calisthenics and mobility, trained as one system instead of three separate hobbies.

The Beginner Hybrid Protocol is a twelve-week program built for beginners starting right and intermediates filling the gaps. Three phases, five sessions a week, and you always know what comes next.

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1 to 4). Own the patterns, clean before heavy.

Phase 2: Build (Weeks 5 to 8). Progressive overload takes over and the skill work climbs.

Phase 3: Integrate (Weeks 9 to 12). Strength meets skill. Positions that felt out of reach in Week 1 start becoming yours.

What’s inside the program:

• Functional strength program. Twelve weeks of barbell and compound work, structured and progressive. No video library on this section, the plan is written to be followed as it reads.

• Beginner handstand, twelve weeks, with full video tutorials. Wall work, alignment, entries and balance drills, built from the ground up.

• Beginner mobility with videos. Front splits, hip mobility, forward fold and end-range work you actually own.

• Beginner calisthenics with videos. Front lever progressions, tuck planche progressions, plus a structured push and pull program.

• A simple progression system. No 1RM testing, no grinding ugly reps, no guesswork.

• Morning routine. Ten to fifteen minutes on waking. Splits, hips and folds built through frequency.

• Night routine. Wind down, switch off and bank the recovery the whole system runs on.

• Baseline testing. Measure yourself in Week 1, re-test in Week 12 and see exactly what you built.

Everything programmed together, week by week. Strength, skill and range moving at the same time instead of competing for your attention.

Twelve weeks. One system. Nothing guessed.
