All products sold directly by Aks Creations / Luxury Evites by Aks are digital unless clearly stated otherwise.
No physical item will be shipped.

After purchase, customers will receive applicable digital access instructions, downloadable files, Canva template links or other digital delivery information.

3. Canva Template Use
Many Aks Creations / Luxury Evites by Aks products are designed for use within Canva.

All templates, designs, videos, graphics and digital products purchased directly from Aks Creations / Luxury Evites by Aks are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Resell templates or designs.
Redistribute purchased files.
Share Canva template links publicly.
Provide access to individuals who have not purchased.
Claim our original designs as your own.
Copy or reproduce products for commercial resale.

5. Personalisation Services
Customers purchasing personalisation services must provide accurate information, including names, dates, times, venue details, wording, photos and any other required content.
