Mixing Service Policies

One song per order: Each purchase covers the mixing and mastering of one song.Turnaround: The initial mix will be delivered within 5–7 business days once payment and all required files have been received and confirmed. Revisions may require additional time.Two included revisions: Each order includes up to two rounds of reasonable mix adjustments. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial mix delivery.Additional production work: New recordings, replacing the instrumental, major arrangement changes, and extensive vocal reconstruction are not included in standard revisions.Audio quality: Results depend on the quality of the submitted recordings and available audio tracks. Mixing cannot guarantee the repair of severely distorted or damaged recordings.Two-track instrumentals: When using a stereo instrumental, adjustments to individual instruments may be limited.Refunds: Once mixing has begun, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or where the agreed service cannot be delivered.
