SERVICE AGREEMENT (Terms & Conditions)

Welcome to Mackelaine Media!


Please review the following terms carefully. By purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Offered:

Mackelaine Media provides digital services including social media content creation, short-form video editing, and mini eBook creation. Specific service details are outlined on each product page.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • No project work will begin until payment is received.

Turnaround Time:

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the receipt of all necessary information from the Client.

  • Rush options may be available for an additional fee and must be discussed prior to booking.

Revisions:

  • Each project includes one (1) round of revisions.

  • Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities:

  • The Client agrees to provide all requested materials (branding information, topics, logos, etc.) promptly.

  • Delays in providing information may result in project delays.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Orders canceled before work has begun are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the services.

  • If Mackelaine Media cannot complete the project for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

  • Upon final payment, the Client receives full usage rights to the final completed work.

  • Mackelaine Media reserves the right to display samples of work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Mackelaine Media is not responsible for any business outcomes related to the use of the delivered content (including but not limited to marketing results, sales, or client leads).

  • Services are delivered as tools to support visibility and brand growth but do not guarantee specific business results.
