3.1 Digital Products. The Company offers digital educational Products, including Boss Suite , Boss Money Moves, Boss Uncut, and other Products the Company may release in the future. Product descriptions, pricing, and included features are set forth on the applicable sales or checkout page and are subject to change at the Company’s sole discretion.
3.2 Lifetime Access Defined. IMPORTANT: Where the Company references “lifetime access” or “evergreen access” in connection with any Product, such terms refer solely to access for the operational lifetime of that specific Product. “Lifetime access” does not mean access for the lifetime of the Customer, the lifetime of the Company, or an indefinite, perpetual guarantee of access. The Company reserves the right to discontinue, modify, update, sunset, rebrand, merge, or replace any Product at any time, with or without notice. Upon discontinuation of a Product, the Company’s obligation to provide access to that Product terminates.
3.3 Core Curriculum vs. Live and Supplemental Elements. “Lifetime access,” where offered, applies only to the core pre-recorded curriculum included in the Product at the time of purchase. The following elements are not included in any lifetime access promise and may be modified, discontinued, or made available under separate terms, enrollment, or payment at any time:
Live Q&A calls, coaching sessions, hot seats, and audits conducted via Zoom or any other platform.
Guest trainer sessions and special event programming.
Community forums, discussion boards, or groups hosted on Skool or any successor platform.
Future tools, resources, or technology integrations, including custom GPTs or AI-powered features.
Bonus materials, templates, or supplemental content added after the original Product launch.
3.4 No Vested Right. The Customer acknowledges that purchasing a Product does not create a vested right to any specific platform, delivery method, feature set, or schedule of Live Sessions. The Company may deliver Products through different platforms or formats at its discretion.
4. Payment Terms, Installment Plans, and Buy Now Pay Later
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Company accepts payment through Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, Affirm, and Zip. The Company reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Installment Plans. Where the Company offers an installment plan for a Product, the Customer agrees to pay the full purchase price according to the schedule presented at checkout. Failure to complete all installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable Product. The Customer remains responsible for the entire outstanding balance regardless of whether access has been suspended or terminated. No partial payment entitles the Customer to continued access.
4.3 Buy Now, Pay Later Services. If the Customer uses a third-party financing service (including Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, Affirm, Zip, or PayPal Credit), the Customer’s use of that service is also governed by that service’s own terms and conditions. Any dispute regarding financing, payment schedules, or fees charged by a third-party financing provider must be resolved directly with that provider. The Customer remains bound by these Terms in full regardless of the payment method selected.
4.4 Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment. By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the applicable Product description, pricing, and these Terms before purchasing and that the Product is a digital product with immediate access upon payment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS AND THE IMMEDIATE ACCESS PROVIDED UPON PURCHASE, THE COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS NO-REFUND POLICY.

All Content, community discussions, coaching strategies, proprietary methods, Live Session content, and internal Community information constitutes Confidential Information. Customer shall not disclose, share, distribute, or reproduce Confidential Information for any purpose other than Customer’s permitted personal or business use. This obligation survives termination of these Terms or Customer’s access.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third party’s rights.
8. Unauthorized Access, Sharing, and Resale
8.1 Prohibition on Sharing Access. Customer shall not share, transfer, lend, or otherwise provide any login credentials, Zoom links, meeting passwords, course access, or Community access to any individual who has not independently purchased the applicable Product. Each purchase grants access to a single individual only.
8.2 Liquidated Damages. Customer acknowledges that unauthorized sharing causes harm that is difficult to quantify. If Customer provides access to any unauthorized user, Customer agrees to pay liquidated damages equal to the full retail price of the applicable Product for each unauthorized user who gains access. The parties agree this amount is a reasonable estimate of the Company’s damages and is not a penalty.
8.3 Immediate Termination. Any Customer found sharing access in violation of this Section will have their access to all Products and the Community immediately terminated without refund.

This termination is effective upon the Company’s receipt of notice of the dispute.

A force majeure event does not entitle the Customer to a refund, credit, or extension of access. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access or performance as soon as practicable after the event concludes.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
