Professional Rosco Marley Flooring - OBO

$4,500 asking price for the entire collection, subject to buyer inspection. Total square footage is unverified. Individual rolls also available at $2.25 per measured square foot.

Selling a substantial collection of genuine Rosco Marley dance flooring from my former dance studio and company. I purchased it directly from Rosco in Stamford for studio use and traveling productions, including covering stages at large professional theaters. I invested in quality because I wanted it to last.

The vast majority of the rolls were used for only a few shows, with some used just once or twice. Solid black and reversible black/gray available. The full-width flooring measures 63 inches across, or 5 feet 3 inches.

Based on what I purchased and what remains, I believe there are at least five full rolls plus numerous partial rolls and smaller pieces. These are simply too heavy for me to unroll myself, so the total square footage has not been verified. Based on that estimated quantity and current comparable Rosco prices, five full rolls alone could cost approximately $11,500 to $17,300 to replace new, before counting the additional pieces. This is an estimated replacement cost, not a verified inventory value. Come unroll, measure, and see for yourself!

Comparable new Rosco flooring currently sells for approximately $4.30 to $5 per square foot. Individual rolls are available for $2.25 per square foot, with priority given to someone purchasing the entire collection. I’m ready to reclaim my garage!

The flooring has been stored rolled in my garage. Some tape, surface marks, and residue remain from performances, and cleaning may be needed. Buyers can inspect the condition and take final measurements before purchasing. For individual rolls, your total will be the measured square footage multiplied by $2.25. Selling existing rolls without cutting smaller pieces.

Tape is also available separately, with pricing negotiable alongside your flooring purchase:

• 7 rolls of black
• 2 rolls of gray
• Approximately 1½ rolls of clear
• An additional small partial roll of black
